My family is from the area great grandparents farm had a view of the high point. Have not been in the area in a number of years. Sound like a good road trip. Thanks for the views
There's not much that's as anti-climactic as a drive-up high point. Great shot of the groundhog! I used to see them a lot down here in the southern Appalachians, but rarely these days.
You have Bedford and Bradford mixed up. Bedford in down like a bed; you lie down in a bed. Down along the Maryland border. Bradford is up north along the New York border.
Cliff...great video. I used to fly over Blue Knob many times in my Piper Cherokee; flying from Pittsburgh to Altoona. Great views of the mountains.

I grew up just outside Martinsburg, and during ski season we could see the lights from the resort from the yard. The view up there is nice!
