My family had a hunting cabin in Roulette, Potter Co. So it's so nice to see all the areas we used to go to as kids! Been about 12 yrs since I been up that way. Been thinking it's time for a visit.
I hope you make it to kinzu bridge park my wife grew up really close to it. It's really nice. You can test your fear of heights 😜. Ohh and rim rock you will love the veiw
👍 Just went to Hickory Run State Park in Carbon County and it was excellent. The area between Jim Thorpe and Wilkes-Barre has some very nice land and State Preserves. More than I could take in on my two days there.
Don't forget Bradford County .PA alot of history Marie Antowneet house in Frenches asylum I'm a Pennsylvania girl Born and breed.keep the videos coming
Umm Yum Black cherries. That was bit of rough hike, but worth it to reach the top. The area has a pleasant feel though, peaceful. I'd probably not get pass the cherries...love them.
Remember there was another HP that was on the country line like this one. Thinking it looks higher over to the left. Well it is but that is Potter Co. 😀

Hey i think you got a little bit of wrong info. Prospect hill in mckean county is 2495 ft in elevation. If you google it it shows in Wikipedia that prospect hill is the highest. Their used to be a fire tower on it but the state took it down a few years ago

Kinzua Creek is pronounced "Kin-zoo." Check out Kinzua State Park.
I live right next to the kinzua "crick," we swam in it all the time, no one had a pool. 😆

I use a site called peakbaggers.com, I trust their info more than wikipedia - not everything on wikipedia is true.
Aww, they took the fire tower down... went there a few times as kids. Good memories 🤗
When you strayed off the beaten path there Cliff, it made it worse for you to go up. I know you were following you GPS to the place you went.
There was no trail to the top, had to do a bushwack.
