Great video, captures the beauty of dawn fishing and the thrill of catching. I'm coming over to Cape Cod next year for my first attempt to catch a Striper. My usual target is Sea Bass off the North Wales coast. Excited about fish for their bigger cousins.
Nice result love the scream of the drag!
Thank you!
Awesome fish. Thanks for sharing.
Nice videos keep them coming. I was there the day after and had no luck just watched a guy 3 guys down from me hook up and that’s it all morning.
Hello, do you love fishing brother?
Yes I do
Nice ... we been catching them in salisbury Beach... I been going almost everyday.... live mackerel or dead lol ... nice reel and I'll probably try the Canal this weekend ... 👍
Nice video! Nice fish! Gotta love that drag screaming
Ty
Nice work!
Thanks!
Great technique boss. Could watch you jig for hours
Ty
Nice catch
Nice job!
Thanks!
Nice!
great video very solid stabilization and color saturation balance is also very well done... Whats the capture and edits you use in your setup?
I didn’t do any image editing on the software and as far as the settings on the go pro, I just used the default 4k. Sorry that I couldn’t be more informative. I’m not too savvy with all these gadgets lol
@@AsianAnglingAddict no worries, thank you for the response... I love the GP but uploading is a hassel and they make the video heavy when you want to take it with an editing software that is not theirs! I had to spend almost 4k on a laptop that can handle the video editing... Tight Lines! Fish On! --- OFD 🎣🎣🎣
Same boat.. I spent 7k
Nice video!
Going to Providence tomorrow for a few days, wanting to do striped bass fishing.
Cape bite is on this past week? You going this weekend by chance?
Great video! Beautiful place. I dropped a sub! Keep fishing!🤙
Ty
God i can only imagine the fish coming later in the season if these big fish are already here
My thoughts exactly
Kool
Thanks!
Nice video , how do you like that twin power ? I was deciding between getting that or the new Certate .
I like it. I also have the Stella SW14000XG and honestly, I can’t really tell the difference. The Stella might be a little bit more smooth.
coming to fish next month from florida, never caught a striper or even fished in new england. Im used to big red fish, jack, snook, pompano etc. any tips? i fish artificial and live bait. What kind of set up do you suggest.
There’s a bunch of youtube videos out there on how to fish the canal. My tip for you is to watch one on etiquette. Fish the couple days around the full or new moon at first light.
What Time in the morning? I got there late
about half hour after sunrise.
WERE IS LOCATED I NEED ADDRESS I DO LOOT WORK ON HAYANIS CAPE COD I WILL LOVE TO GO THERE TO FISH
How do you like the Night Shift rod?
I love this rod! It’s my go to all around rod for the canal. I can plug and jig with it. I have a Century Surf Machine Elite 1-6 oz, which is a great plugging rod, but a bit flimsy for my liking to jig with. I don’t want to carry around two rods lol
@@AsianAnglingAddict I was super disappointed with my 11’3 Surf Machine elite 1-6. Got super lazy over 3.5 oz so I bumped up to a 12’ 2-8 and the thing would barely load unless you threw 4 oz lol. Somewhere in the middle is the perfect rod but for now I sold them both and use my jigster for the most part lol.,.. and Assume that’s the 11’ 4-8? I know that’s labeled as a fast rod but I was curious how it feels fish fighting. Looks awesome paired with the TP. I handled one and it felt a little heavy but I could have just been oblivious. The Night Shift is super clean though, awesome rod! Pretty expensive in factory trim, does it come with titanium guides?
That's heavy fish not to easy pull it
When was this?
May 20,2022
I'm curious why you cut the video everything was going so well🤷
Gopro picked the perfect time to die lol. Lucky it was able to turn back on long enough to capture the fish.
What size twin power is that
14000
What lure?
5 1/3oz green mackerel Savage sand eel.
5 1/3 green mackerel Savage sand eel
Bruh why do you do this
What am I doing my guy?
Giving every goog stalking instagram and UA-cam an excuse to come make a b line to the canal.
@@aaronwesterhouse2261 The canal has 14 miles of fishing access. I don’t understand why some like to fish in crowds.
@@aaronwesterhouse2261 everyone knows already
@@striperhunter-ic2wt number one dingus excuse
Breathe heavier
Out of shape, first fish of the season.
This guy thinks he's a hero now. 👎
