This video literally electrified my soul. I can see how much dedication and effort he puts into his movements. I can see the dream and feel the passion. I have the same dream.
This is a real transformation, this is the true strength. This is the type of strength that anyone who is truly obsessively passionate about strength training, bodybuilding, etc would want to achieve.
Its one thing to lift weights but quite another to master you own body like this. His journey is true art. I had to go back and watch the video again to finish this comment , I thought I sounded silly and weird. However after watching again I felt the same buzz, that electric feeling.
I might sound crazy, I don't care. I know there are other people who share that fire and feel the same about this out there. To really see what there body is capable of, to experience the journey.
Were all going to make it, don't give up. I feel like only some people will truly understand this comment.
    - I've been lifting for two and a half years with an intense passion and self belief that this is what I'm also going to achieve. I want it more than anything and I am only now getting close to the level this guy is at the start of the video.
It reminds me of why I started my journey and shows me how far I have left to go. To everyone else out there on this path I wish you luck.
    Enjoy your lives people.
    Peace!

I have trained for more than 5 years, being honest sometimes I did not train as I should, I omitted factors such as flexibility, resistance and even the quality of the movements, I had a not very good handstand, about a month ago I started training with a Yeray's plank routine, but I watch this video and I remember why I trained, it motivated me more every day, I rest what I owe and make it a lifestyle, I am confident that soon I will take out the plank and also find a park again with bars, whatever thanks Artem you are an inspiration. 💪👍

I just wanted to say that you really motivate me. I am from Zimbabwe (Africa ) and i usually have to train alone, blindly, hoping for results. There are no calisthenics gym and i am part of the very few into calisthenics. In the begining of the video you talk about making due with very little resources. .i m inspired by that as it speaks to me and my experience. Thank you for giving me hope that despite the lack of resources i will be able to become a master with hard work and dedication .
