You earned all my respect men. You defeated gravity my guy, I know how hard callisthenics training is and one day I hope to be as good as you. The key is to never give up and always keep pushing. You inspire and motivate a *lot* of people and thank you for that🙏
You are awesome, dude!! Not just because of where you are, but mostly because of all the fails you have been through!!! I am somewhere in the middle, going through many falls, getting injuries, learning from my mistakes and I know how you feel! Big respect!
I have trained for more than 5 years, being honest sometimes I did not train as I should, I omitted factors such as flexibility, resistance and even the quality of the movements, I had a not very good handstand, about a month ago I started training with a Yeray's plank routine, but I watch this video and I remember why I trained, it motivated me more every day, I rest what I owe and make it a lifestyle, I am confident that soon I will take out the plank and also find a park again with bars, whatever thanks Artem you are an inspiration. 💪👍
Amazing journey artem! Really appriciate it that you are sharing your inspirational journey with us!! Happy we see you at the Calisthenics Cup on 9 & 10 december in the Netherlands. Take care. Much respect!
Thank you for making this video. I’m 47 and working toward doing the front lever and planche. Knowing and seeing how much effort you put into these movements gives me perspective and patience. I will continue to work on both of these and succeed knowing it will take me two to three years. All the best to you. Cheers!
Awesome! Respect, respect, respect. Hard work, perseverance and patience. Inspiring, thank you. Good to see someone who looks natural as well and not taking shortcuts!
I just wanted to say that you really motivate me. I am from Zimbabwe (Africa ) and i usually have to train alone, blindly, hoping for results. There are no calisthenics gym and i am part of the very few into calisthenics. In the begining of the video you talk about making due with very little resources. .i m inspired by that as it speaks to me and my experience. Thank you for giving me hope that despite the lack of resources i will be able to become a master with hard work and dedication . Keep on going... i acknowledge your strength, drive, and persistence.
