Hello help me. Why when we about to use the prefered design in image and edit the design the about to prind it its load fail.

I bought one. I connected in to my phone and Im putting the paper in correctly. I try printing multiple times and it always tells me "Print failed". Can someone tell me why or what I did wrong?

hi friend, didn't connect to the device? did you allow WiFi when using the APP? never met this issue before.
Can't resize on the app itself....other printers are way way better
