getting the j35 off an acura was easy heck 10/10 recomend, i even found one that was already pulled and sitting in the driver seat, i slapped her in and shes a dream i may have gotten super lucky but you never know... you can also swap the brembos from the acura on here too plug and play
Video to the point, nice! All you need is a proper e-tune with revisions after bolt-on changes: 3 inch intake/exhaust/ header with proper collector, 64mm* TSX throttle body. That's solid power. Might not make 220whp, that's ambitious imo. But it'll be a fun daily with a little more mid-range. NOTE: throttle body spacers do almost nothing.. It's a waste of money for snake oil. (Buy this thick mini aluminum spacer it'll give you more power) Thermal gaskets at your TB/IM and-or loop coolant line at TB if you are concerned about "heat". Cheers all!
There has been dyno charts that show they do work. Not sure where you’re getting your information from. There are a few examples on forums that show having a TBS on and off. It does improve performance by a small margin.
@@chvpobuilt I agree doesn't decrease performance but I'd personally be disappointed with the lack of performance gain considering they are both around the same price.
@@malachiaraya7410 Facts bro! I’d be lying if I said I felt a BIG difference off it. I recommend going the ported route off rip if you want real power. Thank you brother 🤝🏼
@@SWERVOO09 I don't have to imagine it, my Si does it without a hiccup. Anything else stupid you wanna throw in? You think a stock bottom end can't handle 9k? Honda must be your dream car since you don't actually know shit about them. Dumb fuck 🤣🤣🤦♂️
In my opinion, you can honestly buy the cheapest cold air intake, header, and exhaust you can find, and will feel decent power to your car. May wanna just spend the most money on the exhaust to get a nice tone that suits your preference.

Good to hear it 💪🏽 I appreciate the feedback! Been looking into those two upgrades. Thank you bro

Thank you brotha! 🙏🏽 Good points man.

A throttle body spacer does not improve performance, what you mean is a ported throttle body
Well it definitely doesn’t “decrease”performance. You’re right on that though, the videos’ more of a “Bolt Ons” guide though.

Saving video, will have a video out soon on the cheapest FA5 in the nation🎉
Fire! I’ll be looking forward to watching that 🤝🏼
Can i do the same mods and models on a 9th gen civic si?
Def ordering for my ….😈
💪🏼
I’m confused on what’s the “ktuned header
Ktuned is a brand that makes headers and a whole bunch of other shit for k series
Rsx type s oil pump before any of that
Wtf definitely not. Sound dumb af
@@SWERVOO09 if you knew what you were talking about, you'd agree with me. Si oil pump restricts revving, dumbass
@@jrod9733 imagine adding a rsx type s oil pump to a completely stock car before any bolt on’s you bozo
@@SWERVOO09 imagine a Honda making more power the higher it revs. Now imagine an oil pump that allows higher revs. Just Shut up, you're too stupid

What can I do to my 07 LX civic? Can I get a noticeable difference in power without spending 500$?

Is it si?
