@@AlexCyber-t8m exactly what the video says, Kazuya is not limited at all in this scenario, on top of that multiple comments specify that you can also quick back roll and then use a jab string in which case Kazuya has a great advantage over most of the cast.
If you do that on a Raijin Paul like me, I will start playing the 50/50 mind game on you by simply charging the second punch, fake charge or not charge at all. If you get hit without me having to break your guard because you are trying to sidestep or jab, is worse because you'd get launched. But yeah, it is still a good video with good info.
I discovered recently that a quick dickjab or i10 jab string after getting up also interrupts the charged attack, fyi.
Also a powercrush heat engagers counter it without the downside of getting big amounts of white health
