Hi, do you need to reprogram TPMS every time you change wheels or does it learn on it's own?

No , not all . This TPMS are new and after 5 km dashboard show all tyre pressure without any programming or sth. So I suppose car is reading automatically the sensors. The garage told me that if it ll not appear automatically, I ll have to drive to KIA , but luckily no :)

what about offset ? standart is ET55, does ET40 fits well wheels turns all the way ? does it have impact on handling ?

Handling is not affected. Wheel is on the border of the body so it comes out as much it should ! The model i bought came directly with the plastic ring so it suits exactly to the hole.
I can recommend them !

Hey , the size you order is ok. You have to check if it needs adapter for the inside hole. Mine came with the adapter ! Enjoy them !
