Wow this is true Israelites song of prayer for their loved ones in captivity to return. Just like the song By The River of Baylon describing their captivity in Babylon. Israel people are unique. Their way of life is different from other race. But they are happy, love and kind people. They always welcome stranger to their home. They are strong and resilience people. Even when they go through crisis, they don't ask other country for support but find ways to survive and depend on their leaders and God to make through in whatever crisis they face. Israel went through many tribulations but always come out strong and resilience. Israel is a chosen race by God and they follow what rules God gave them and for them to leave their inheritance land from God is very hard. The land is a gift from God to them so even they went into captivity many times they always return to their land. Many countries that conquered Israel and taken their people captivity, they always allow them to return home when some of their leaders who served in the kings' work force ask to return home to build back their cities and temple these heathen kings allowed them to return and these kings also provide food, money and other necessities for them to take. Even these kings wrote letters to their governors in their to support them. So Israel are special people of God and all cointries at that time knew the land that Palestine claimed to be theirs belong to Israel. You can hate, you can attack, you can make up liar story about Israel occupied the land but will never success. God us the owner of the earth and He put Israel there where Jerusalem is their capital, the city that was also called the city of David. That is why no matter how many countries against Israel they never success because God fight their battle. It may costs them lives but Israel always win. If God is not with them, Israel could have lost because they are fighting four fronts. They have losts soldiers but not to the eztreme as the other enemies. Israel have the right to defend themselves and that is why ICJ did not order them to cease fire or withdraw from Gaza. ICJ knew that Israel did not commit any genocide but want to please many countries that support the case brought by South Africa. No one fighf God and win.
