Much trickier to do than Soulless... A lot of the original song was kind of impossible to translate to rhythm + lead guitar, so this deviates from being a 100% cover in a bunch of sections (hence the title)

First people wrote songs on instruments
Then people made a game that converted songs into colored notes
Then people made new songs entirely out of colored notes
Now people are covering songs of colored notes with instruments
I anxiously await the next step in this evolution.

Wow! You could really make a living off of making bleep bloops into guitar songs. If you set up a patreon and stuff I'm sure people would be willing to donate to you to get their favorite songs made into guitar tracks. You're so good at it.
If I did that, I think a cool tier reward would be guitar tabs. Since I find making tabs to be tedious/not fun, I never do it. But getting something for it would make it worth the effort.

Is there some kind of trick of knowing how much to move your hand when moving to other frets, or is it literally just muscle memory?
Muscle memory, but to start with you use your eyes to look at the frets, which makes it a lot easier

i personally don't really like how it strays too far from the original at some points, given that it's a cover, and i also am not the biggest fan of how some sections are charted (mostly some tap chord parts). but it sounds good, and i guess that's what matters, so great job (regardless of my silly nitpicking)!
Yeah I probably need to look at some newer charts to see how people approach the more complex stuff. I haven't charted anything since 2008, and things have changed a bit since then
i do agree it sounds picky, but i didnt dislike it (quite the opposite), i just pointed out some minor things that imo could be improved (so, if he agrees with those, he can do so on his next works).

I was actually expecting more criticism, that's why I ended up titling it 'Not Victory Solo X', since probably only 60% of the song is still there. Anyway yeah constructive criticism is helpful, compared to everything being blind praise
