    I love Howard, because he just doesn't give a fuck. Where everyone else is too afraid of saying anything, Howard comes along, and is the voice of everyone's true thoughts. It makes me laugh because of that reason. Your right there with him. He's a legend... And comes across very genuine, I might add.

    • @TB-wvvvw
      @TB-wvvvw 5 місяців тому

      He never attacked anyone's mom; he said something about Arsenio's name that shouldn't have hurt any professional in show business as it probably helped some people remember the name. At around 2:30 he said "Fox is on the leading edge with this show" and pointed out some nice things like the set and was obviously trying to be complementary as much as possible at that moment. However, he's not a phony and was honest about not being familiar with the guests. You see, the surprising thing about Howard Stern, and what makes him much more successful as an interviewer than Arsenio Hall was, is that he is not afraid to just tell the truth about things even if it will ruffle some feathers. His long time co-host Robin Quivers on his shows also always seems refreshingly honest about her feelings. If there is a put-down at least it's an honest one from his point of view, and it's also very entertaining. If you learn more about his career you'll see there are very good reasons for his criticisms of NBC and others.

The ratings for this 'Fox Late Show" started to rise when Arsenio took over, about 1987 I believe, and after about a year hiatus they game him his own 'Official' Show which lasted from 1989 to 1994. So has Howard Stern been on the new Arsenio Hall reboot? Now THAT would be interesting. haha. I think they would get along just fine now that Howard Stern has matured but it would be interesting to watch them relive that moment in their memories together.

    I give Arsenio Hall at most 2 years, he'll be gone by spring or summer 2015, many people probably think he won't go beyond one year, (mid-2014).

      In those days, Howard tried to be a shock jock comedian. He was just trying to make it awkward for laughs. He gave up that persona when he made a deal with Sirius XM. I enjoy both versions of Stern. but I prefer the conversationalist version of Stern on Sirius XM
