Germany Testing Monstrously Powerful Multi Million $ Anti Drone Truck

The Skyranger 30 is a new system currently in development by Rheinmetall. Designed to fill the gap of a dedicated anti-drone system that could also provide units protection from traditional threats, the Skyranger 30 is creating a buzz in the military technology world.
Part of the main reason is because of its revamped weapon system. Sporting a 30mm autocannon, the gun has a unique ammunition type that expels over a hundred tungsten darts at incoming targets. When combined with its potent fire control suite and sensors, this in and of itself makes the Skyranger a force to be reckoned with. But that is not all.
Unlike its Skyranger 35 predecessor, the Skyranger 30 also boasts numerous upgrades, including the ability to fire missiles and shoot lasers and improved communications and data link suites. Due to its modular design, the Skyranger 30 can also be incorporated into numerous wheeled and tracked vehicles. This feature makes it very sought after by NATO countries who wish to include the system in their domestically produced vehicles. All told, these features make the Skyranger 30 one of the most potent anti-air systems scheduled to enter the battlefield within the next one to two years.
