Want to share this story with anyone that finds this: I was in my second year of community college, ready to transfer to UCLA with my AA degree, but I was in a horrific life-changing car accident, and I was in the hospital for 3 months. The last class I needed to pass was Chemistry, and I vaguely remember I wasn't the best student, but I'd be like a "teacher's pet" and be on my professor's good side - it was so successful that when my Chemistry professor heard about my accident, he felt awful, and decided to pass me. I didn't transfer to a 4-year college, but I did get my AA, all thanks to my ability to ensue wholesome behavior.
Him: 'Crying because he got 27/100 The paper: "Dw you have 28/100" Edit: OK holy crap- can i actually put 'Mum I'm famous' now without people being rude?
This is literally what I do in my classes lmao. I tend to be the teacher’s favorite because I engage in the classes and try my best with everything. The goal isn’t even to be the favorite, I just don’t do shit at home so I gotta get the knowledge somewhere as to not fail. But I might as well use my power for good if I get it without trying
So, I'm actually friends with a teachers pet. He's a really nice dude. He doesn't suck up at all. He's just very noticeable by the teachers. He did this for me and a few others once.
I thought the wedding ring on the teacher was just his attention to detail and then I saw the pictures in the background I was like ohh dude is actually married.
me: *always behaving in school, know as the "good kid"* Also me: *helps the bad kids get out of trouble and the teachers ALWAYS believe me since I'm the "good kid"*
Yea but you also can do a lot of blackmailing to those bad kids because welp teacher just believe you so yea use that power while you still can I already done it a few time and let's say I already make 1 students transfer to another school and a few getting expelled
Once when I was in 7th grade my class was acting out a bit (if I remember correctly it was bc it was a chill day due to state testing) and the teacher was no longer tolerating the shenanigans and the boys roughhousing so she said she would not take us outside like she said earlier. Needless to say, everyone was upset (including me) so I walked up to her desk and just bc I was like the teachers fav, I was able to somehow talk her into it and needless to say I truly realized the amount of power a teachers pet has (Hope this comment looks ok I’m currently VERY stoned🥲)
The Teacher’s pet is an integral role in the classroom ecosystem, a vital tool for student-teacher interaction and negotiation Make sure you raise yours well
proud to say i do this on a daily including homework, and other tasks, AND i make teachers think hw was due the next day or it wasn't set at all. your welcome guyssss as long as everyone's happy that's all fine
One of my favorite teachers (history) would pass out lollipops and other candies when kids answered his questions, because most of his students weren’t interested and he’d have a harder time getting an answer if he didn’t add an incentive. He got his bag of candy ready one day and after tossing a few to some other kids that answered, I got one right and he asked me which one I want. I just politely declined and this puzzled look went across his face as he asked me “are you sure? You got it right” I think he was surprised that anybody just wanted to answer out of interest and not for a piece of candy. I even won a medal at the end of the year because of my enthusiasm in the class.
Literally me not studying for a test, failing, then my mom makes me study for it again and I know all the answers and I know how I got them wrong and then I can’t retake it😭
This actually happened one time. Me and my friend aren’t really “teachers pets” but the teacher likes is cuz we’re good students. One day in class everyone was asking for a free day, and people who wanted it started raising their hands, my friend and I did too, and the teacher said we could have the free day because me and my friend wanted it too
my friends and I had a way of protesting that our teachers immediately picked up on. we would sit quietly doing our work at our table, but a single chair at the table would be flipped over on the floor. we had power and our voices were heard. we even had the other groups tell us if they felt that things were too tight or too hard and we would summon the teachers with our “protest” and discuss their views on the assignment and our view as well. it was amazing! we only ever lost our argument one time in our 4 years of high school!

The irony of Einstein never saying that quote is lost on many.

Rare footage of teachers pet being good
So, I'm actually friends with a teachers pet. He's a really nice dude. He doesn't suck up at all. He's just very noticeable by the teachers. He did this for me and a few others once.
Jokes aside, if the whole class fails a test, that's on the teacher.
The teachers pet coming in clutch tho
The teachers pet didn’t even need to make a presentation they just had to say a couple words lol😂 these vids are always funny
not the 28 on the actual test 💀
I thought the wedding ring on the teacher was just his attention to detail and then I saw the pictures in the background I was like ohh dude is actually married.
“The review was nothing like the test”
The most relatable thing in the video
The first good thing the teacher's pet has done
If an entire class fails it is more on the teacher than the class.
The best schools in the world are hard on the teachers not the students. If a student is failing it is up to the teacher not the student

if only the teacher's pet in our class was like that but nahhh 💀💀
the teacher's pet came back faster than my dad with the milk💀💀
Once when I was in 7th grade my class was acting out a bit (if I remember correctly it was bc it was a chill day due to state testing) and the teacher was no longer tolerating the shenanigans and the boys roughhousing so she said she would not take us outside like she said earlier. Needless to say, everyone was upset (including me) so I walked up to her desk and just bc I was like the teachers fav, I was able to somehow talk her into it and needless to say I truly realized the amount of power a teachers pet has
(Hope this comment looks ok I’m currently VERY stoned🥲)

This actually happened one time. Me and my friend aren’t really “teachers pets” but the teacher likes is cuz we’re good students. One day in class everyone was asking for a free day, and people who wanted it started raising their hands, my friend and I did too, and the teacher said we could have the free day because me and my friend wanted it too
Woaahhh thats just crazy
Fun fact: he wrote on screen he got 27/100 but if u look at the paper,he got 28/100 😂
I needed him for my Chem test today😭
fr organic chemistry is something else
my friends and I had a way of protesting that our teachers immediately picked up on. we would sit quietly doing our work at our table, but a single chair at the table would be flipped over on the floor.
we had power and our voices were heard. we even had the other groups tell us if they felt that things were too tight or too hard and we would summon the teachers with our “protest” and discuss their views on the assignment and our view as well. it was amazing! we only ever lost our argument one time in our 4 years of high school!
Writing: 27/100
Paper: 28/100
