The recipe (15cm cake ring)
70g cookies
35g unsalted melted butter
200g cream cheese
150g nutella
150g cold heavy cream
1.5g gelatine sheet x 3
2 tbsp water (or you can use 4g powdered gelatine + 20ml water)
120g dark chocolate
120g warm heavy cream
dark chocolate and strawberries on top
120g dark chocolate
120g warm heavy cream
dark chocolate and fruit for topping
