Actually made this recipe but tweaked it a bit. I only had a 9in pan, so I measured the original + a half of the recipe. I also made it replacing the sugar with Swerve and regular dark chocolate with Lily's brand which is sweetened with Stevia instead for people looking for alternatives to indulge. Came out amazing though!

Update: i make this cake about once a month now. My kids love it, and it's literally the only cake my youngest likes. And I keep using frozen strawberries and just fresh ones for the decoration. Works like a charm.

It's very complicated without gelatine because without the cake doesn't "stay up" , but I'm not professional so research on Google for more info
