Whoever designed this game truly loved the Beatles deeply.
I mean who couldn't? They were one of the greatest and most influential bands in the entirety of music history.

@@Skedawg88 There's also The Beach Boys who've also made great music and influenced The Beatles (well, they had a mutual admiration for each other, really). If only Brian Wilson didn't scrap SMiLE in 1967. Imagine that *and* Sgt. Pepper being released in the same year along with other great albums like The Doors' debut and Are You Experienced. The only problem with The Beach Boys is that they were never able to escape their whole "surf rock" image despite making completely different music ever since Pet Sounds whereas The Beatles remained popular throughout all of their eras.
Of course, there are other bands on top of the mountain in terms of both influence and great music like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin (depending on who you ask), Nirvana (granted, they paved the way for post-grunge bands who later paved the way for "buttrock" in the 2000s, so maybe not so good lol), and I'd honestly even say Smashing Pumpkins.

This game was remarkable. The love and attention to detail that went in to every single aspect of it, including these cut scenes was just phenomenal. I want to play it again now

I remember being absolutely obsessed with this game as a kid. It inspired me to be a drummer and led me to fall in love with classic rock.
I can see that. Beatles drumming is so unique like its another instrument in the band! Ringo inspired so many people to take to the sticks including his own son.
Honestly, having this game as a kid played a huge part in the Beatles becoming my favorite band. I feel like most people my age can’t say that.

This brought back so many memories. My dad introduced my sister and I to the Beatles when I was young and bought this game for us. We played it all the time. Those were the good times. I long for yesterday.

You gotta love how at 4:44 revolver blooms hair by hair in a moment when all culture was pointing to colours. Out of the field comes this really psychedelic cover with non of the them

I remember back when I was around 8-10 years old I was UBER OBSESSED with the Beatles. I come back to the content that was made during and after their career and all the other things that had happened every once in a while and one of these things were this game. I always wanted it since my dad had a PS3 and I loved the beatles so why not? I never ended up getting it but one thing I remember was always THESE INTRO SEQUENCES. Even after I was out of my Beatles phase for a long while and I'm not into them as much as I was when I was younger, these animations still stuck with me in the back of my mind. I always admired how they looked and how they were animated. The art style in the beginning of the cinematic intro is gorgeous and it's no wonder that younger me LOVED watching these over and over again!
How is it that only. 2 people dislike this masterpiece idea of the Beatles???

Man does this game bring some good memories, i remember my dad bought me this game without me telling him as a kid, he was curious what the game was about and is a massive Beatles fan. One day came home from school and saw a copy of the game next to the guitar from rockband lol my dad was rocking out with me while i fucking killed it at the game 🤘🏼

@@Popcorn-ch7uy It was also the last song the four of them ever recorded together. The guitar solo is actually a combination of each of them (except Ringo) playing two bars of the solo then switching to the next member. Ringo has a drum solo earlier in the song.
