Good to. See women follow their dreams. Nice flow of the sword and movements. 😊

In my humble experience I’ve found women tend to progress with the sword faster than men. Less ego, less inclined to muscle tension.

Thanks, I liked it, because it's not a goal setting, but rather way of a warrior in developing and improving yourself physically, mentally and spiritually 🙏💕⛩️🇯🇵🎎

Yuko Kimura's posture and sword movement are perfectly beautiful and exude the quality of an expert.👍💯🌟💖✨️
Is this sword also a Iaido training sword? The saki part is not sharp and looks round. 👀

went back watched the video again says "become more aware of what is right strong and beauty. " admirable qualities to become aware of would you agree with Me reason practice with sword is kill someone or more than one sometimes takes more strength to not use a sword. and it hurts emotionally to know
had to let the enemy go and not kill them to save yourself.

A cocktail of Confucianism, the methods of Zen, the philosophical Taoism, the purification rites of Shintoism and aspects of Bushido all that succeeds is the disappearance of a swordsman's fighting spirit and its transformation into yoga exercises.

there is a famous samurai saying i made up. you havent used a sword until youve killed someone. and because there is no way to inflict or receive harm in iaido...there is no samurai spirit.

I believe I can help you in your quest and journey.
The Human Anatomy/architecture, will be your guide. Pay attention to how it works,
it knows the best way and will indicate to you through your intuition. It has no ego.
As you said practice and repetition - is the portal for your intuition.
The very beginning of any movement will lift the Katana. You only need to follow
    with your hands and ki.
“Never” lift the katana only follow and enter. Just follow "the leveraged" entry.
The big unknown - is the feet will leverage every movement, every movement!
Walking is leverage. From the heel to the toe leverages your vertical body weight forward to enter which lifts the tip of the Katana.
Most thing you have been taught is not true, burn it down. There is a greater reality.
    Best

Iaido is just to beg heaven to let you be a samurai when u die. there is no way of the sword without death. the closest is badminton actually.

In real fighting, against a Shinken, MMA practitionner is cut down. 2 seconds fight. You cannot be serious.
