    does this book teach you how yoy can transform negative emotions? does it give you tips or excercises or it just explains the emotions? thank you very much!!

      I would suggest you start with her two UA-cam lectures about 10 years ago. There she explains the origin of her research (which will later become an insightful book).
      If there is anything I learned from her, it is: to be aware that the source is within me, everything begins in me .
      Once a person realizes that the impression are mine, the feelings are mine, everything is mine, and it has nothing to do with what is happening outside, at this moment he realizes that something inside him is directing him, and not necessarily for his personal benefit.
      This is the moment called "entering the arena". Then the whole saying "the man in the arena" will be understandable.
      "It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."
      And as she says: "And yes, you will get your ass kicked."
