I have 160 cc unicorn bs 6 so much knocking sound coming when i ride with pillian ..bike torque also reduced ....when i loose bolt of engine hanger.. at lower side of engine sound goes down...please rply
First check the gear shaft return spring Is it in correct. Check the clutch assy. Check the clutch plates and steel plates. If its dry or slight bend(clutch plates and steel plates) change the entire clutch assy
Same problem coming again and again i visited service center 7 times in 2 year for this problem only every time they change the spring and the rubber but the problme not solved permanently i am frustrated totally What i do? Do u have any idea to fix this problem permanently?
This types of problem comes again anf again means ur driving style could be different. Check this mistakes. 1. Sudden accelaration 2. How to release the clutch(check) 3. Change gears in Correct speed (some one never changes the gear in low speed, always in top gear)

My bike is 150 unicorn. When I drive my bike it's moves smoothly when I leave my Accecaltor down engine sounds like Kat kat kat please waiting for a gud solution..
160 is different. So dont compare to ur 150. Check spark plug first and its gap and its firing. Spark is not getting the perfect firing. Then check the carburator, like chocke, Carb slide(damage). That slide will be damaged or chocke not working properly. Idling will be improper. So that kat kat noise will be come. Testing method. Reduce ur rpm once, then drive ur bike. If U didnt hear the noise, that problem is confirm.
