Ya bro the sound is coming from the timing chain. It is a very common complaint in hornet so u need to change the timing chain. If u have warranty then go with it
Exhaust valve hamesha bada hona chahiye, Valve mein kachra phasega, bike starting problem or riding karte waqt missing karne lagegi or bandh hogi. Try inlet 0.07 and Exhaust 0.10 Oil 20w40 Carburetor air tuning 3 and half round Bohot smooth chalegi
@@NaseemKhan-qf7bi check the cover above the air filter, there is a air intake cover coming its rubber cover and there is a hole in cover means one side air passage only check that cover properly fixed or not

Your tappets need to be tightened a bit , as engine warms up metal expands so are tappet clearance closed

Not just any TDC. It has to be end of compression TDC.
At that time both rocker arms will be slightly free and not engaged with the cam profile.

After adjusting valve clearance, did you get oil linkage problem from above open part of engine cover? Request you to respond.
Nop. Need to change top gasket of engine top cover. Then there is no issues like that

Chek the air filter cover, there is a rubber cover coming above the air filter if it is not properly fixed the top speed will reduce
