In the UK, the new NICE Guidelines recommend CBT as a coping strategy for VMS (vasomotor symptoms). Once again, women’s cardiovascular risk is minimized and even ignored. What a serious situation for women’s health status.

Excellent video. It clears up a lot of hesitancy for doctors and women who are older and in good cardiovascular and never started HRT but would like to do so now
