Are you one of them?
Bonica's 289kg squat should be an honorable mention cause it's the heaviest female raw squat in powerlifting history.
WR on Jordan 1 is something else
what's up with the Bench at 3:15? i thought there is the new rule with the elbows, in this case her elbows where above her shoulder joint if you ask me?...
exactly what I also thought.
if i recall correctly from the live the right elbow was a bit high but the left one looked good so she got it, the real problem was that it looked like she jumped the press command, but the jury could't tell from the video and since she got 2 whites she got the lift in the end
She got one red for his right elbow but the left is deep enough. 2 white lights is what she got
the music hits perfectly good job!
Wow what a comp
Is this all natural? I don't mean to disrespect anyone just curious if this is drug tested or not.
Yes! All the athletes are drug tested 🙌
The platform looks squishy, so some of these DL record pulled with deficit
It's a stiff bar too which makes them more impressive
120+ jesus?? 410 where is that video?
Too bad sitko didnt get called on bench depth...
Back to be flat on the bench
Could've just admitted a girl lifts more than you, I would respect you more for it.
It's a competition. The competition has rules. They worked within those rules. They work and train to maximize your performance in said competition, within said rules. If you don't like it, don't compete and don't watch. Unless you just came here to complain, in which case you probably feel a lot better about yourself now. :D
@@Olordrin Buddy shut up these lifts are garbage and you know it
@@usmctwin61 This has nothing to do with girls , these benches are just pathetic
@@usmctwin61it's nothing to do with girls the boys do it too the rules need to be changed
Sumo 👎
Yeh, they look pathetic next to the ones that pulled a real deadlift. Should just be a different lift.
naaahhh nice squat lifts, other lifts are BS and not valid.
lmaoo so now even conventional deadlift doesn't count? Guess powerlifters should only squat now
the ipf should change its rules to match rexmundi3089's opinion
@@user-xw9lt1em3m absolutely
Yep, the ROM with sumo has turned the deadlift into basically a rack pull and just look at the upper arm angle during the bench when people arch their backs in half...the angle isn't even close to 90 degrees. I don't blame the lifters, they're just maximizing the advantage legally allowed by the existing rules....so time to adjust the rules, IMO.
Yeah 2 inch bench press and 6 inch deadlift don't even count
Them benchpress are a damn joke, id be ashamed if i got a WR for lifting the damn weight off my chest 2inches. 😂
I doubt you need to worry about that
@@garrold1849 i bench 385 at home calibrated plates and abit over 400 at local gyms...these clowns are a bench joke and i aint the only one who thinks that. But youre right i shouldnt worry about that.
@@thatonegamer2709these are kg lol
None of these bench press lifts are 2 inches. They're close to a feet.
