I really love Ashley and thank her for being so open. I'm detecting, although it must've been 'ah-mazing' dancing for Beyonce - which is great, it's no different from working for any profit driven employer. Ashley was head or dance director since 17, she mentioned she's still striving to become a millionaire. This is pretty telling. All those demanding hours and skill required - the huge sacrifices she must have made to commit to something so monumental and hasn't at least a million in the bank? I can't help feeling like the dancers and maybe others of Bey's team are exploited under the guise of 'this is an opportunity of a lifetime - accept what you're given'.
I love me some Bey, but Ashley's eyes speak to me.
I wish her every success. She is a BRILLIANT force 👏🏾 ❤
Beautifully written ❤

I think Ashley should 100% take her brand while it's hot and launch a school of dance/ performance. With an annual show of high caliber performances that attract top artist to scout
