- Battlefield 2042 Season 7 has one major problem and that is the new map Haven which is extremely frustrating to play on.

You're running down the street, you're getting hit by enemy guys from all directions, you're running into a house where more enemy guys are waiting for you. Great map.

wait the map with dense buildings and indoors requires you to clear out rooms and engage in close quarters? 😅
I wouldn't mind the campiness that much if the games were more competitive. When the other team has taken full control, you're getting shot at from 12 directions at once by enemies that only have 3 pixels exposed to you if have a millisecond to shoot back. When your team has taken full control you're one of 12 people shooting at the poor enemy that dared to stick their head out. Neither of these are fun and basically every game turns into this.
No stopped playing the map very quickly, i found i was spawning more than playing, a 360 degrees mess
Some of the spawns are also terrible, a lot times I’ll spawn on a flag and it’s spawned me right in front of an enemy😂
Problem is the map from the outset promotes camping , it surrounds all the capture points with buildings with 3-4 ways to look out. This then in turn peves people off who do want to PTFO and they wind up camping as well. The map promotes head peaking to which you just can't respond if you are playing the obj and moving around the map.
Yep spot on mate, too many of the buildings are accessible they should’ve been just put there for cover but not bee actually accessible think that would somewhat help with that. But what can we expect when all the assets are copy and pasted from Arica harbor and some even from caspian border 😂
The capture points basically being out in the open surrounded by buildings is such a brain dead design decision, but it's consistent across the board on most maps.
Also look at the E flag compared to the A flag. The RU side has multiple view points while the E flag is out in the open with barley any cover, meanwhile the A flag is actually in the gas station. Why both flags would be so dissimilar is mind blowingly dumb.
I play with a guy who has played an absurd amount of 2042. He played basically everyday from release-S6. He has barely played this season. That's how bad this season is.
I'm surprised he's stuck at is for that long anyway😅 But yeah season has a lot of issues and the main one for me is this new map which has already got boring and now we have to wait 2 months until we get stadium rework lol
@@M1zzyMaz he's been trying to tier 1 everything in the game. He's done every specialist, every gadget I believe, and is currently on the snipers, which he admits is not his cup of tea, but regardless I've seen him suffer through some dreadful weapons in the past without issue. He played like 2 games last night and said he had had enough. That's not great.
😂😂 that’s what the map does to you, but even the visual recoil on some weapons just ruin the feel of an already lacklustre gameplay experience.

The map was very fun for the first 3-4 hours, probably because we've been so fkin starved for content, then the camping set in. Such relentless, committed, hardscoped camping that surely makes even God weep.
The camping on redacted was more bearable than it is on this map
Hit reg is completely broken again. I have clips. One sided teams over an over. Cheaters are back worse than before aimbottting with cronus is basicly expected 100% of matches. Also joined a losing team with 100 tickets left got 3 kills game ended and my score was 3 an 5.... I didn't die... wtf I don't even want to play anymore at this point
Hit reg has been atrocious for me too especially yesterday and today, game feels horrible at the moment and honestly makes me no want to play it😅 I would say let’s hope they fix it but there isn’t much hope left in me
I just want to see the new "BF" game coming in 2025/6. They get ONE last chance to save the franchise.
If they mess it up the franchise is dead and buried
Hi! I don't know why, after update I can't control recoi like i usually do. And sometimes on vehicle bullets hit below the scope. So I'm agree, something bad happens after update.
Yeah there is a lot of glitches out there right now😂 all we can do is wait for dice to pull their finger out their ass and fix them asap

Played yesterday and sometimes i think you don't always get a ton of campers. there weren't that many when i played.
Nothing is good in Season7! 🤷🏾
Headshot multiplier changes are good and so are some of the vehicle changes but the amount of content is a joke and so is the map, visual recoil just wasn’t needed and has made some weapons unusable😅
I really love the map I love take out every house with my team it’s really fun

It has its moments but at the end of the day there’s other maps I enjoy and everyone enjoys different things mate
I hate this map, I do well to last thirty seconds before I die, redacted wasn't half as bad as this map

Overall season 7 is decent but not enough content and like i said the map is not great at all😅
How do you get that skin and that sight for the pp29? Don’t see it anywhere in game.
It’s the k8 holo sight and is only available with the death rate skin which you should be able to get when you go into the skins section for the pp-29

I mean it’s the main part of the content that we’ve had to wait 5 months for and it’s lazy and badly designed. So yeah it’s a problem
