Hi Happy, your videos finds me well on planning and cracking the job in IT. I am sailing in the same boat as you, I had given my resignation without any offer and currently searching for a job. Reasons for resignation without an offer - 1. no significant hike's from past couple of years. 2. Mother of a toddler - Was planning to prepare and get a new job from past 2yrs. but, I didn't get time for all of it. so planned to take a hard step and proceed. 3. company is not allowing to serve notice period - My pilot Project gets to an end and got the new project and appreciation for my work and which is yet to start. so mean while billing stopped and my manager announced my Last working day as my next working day😔 @happy - is there anything I could do better in this situation and get a job soon ?
Good points. I have one remark though. It is not s good idea to share any information about salary, bonuses, etc. between your colleagues. No company in this world will look kindly if you talk too much about that. As you said, you are there for your well being not to please colleagues or look for friends. The video has a slight delay compared to audio.
same happen with me bcz of my manager i have given the resignation without any offer and now i am giving the interview and giving time for preparation and also my appraisal are not good based on 6 moths i have given 2.5 L package at covid time even freshers get good package .
Hello sir, you said you have already given some interviews and cracked them . My question is do the interviewer give an offer letter to an already working person. Like what should we answer when they ask what you are doing currently, if you are already working and not on notice period and all ..... At last I mean how can you apply and give interviews, what they ask to a person who is already working in another company

you can say you will be put on bench on the next month. or you would like to have a new challenger, do something new, change industry, etc
