I lived in Merritt Island for 3 years in the 80’s it was fun experience that’s when I was a student from Saudi Arabia going to Bcc at that time, I understand they changed the name of that college now
Do you have connections to rentals? Our family is moving to Merritt Island area. We need a short term rental. We have not secured employment yet but have the financial means to pay for anshort term rental up front. We have some employment leads but from what i understand, we need proof of employment prior to renting. Do you know of any options that may be available for our situation? We hope to purchase a home there in the future, but need to get our grouding there first. Thank you! Appreciate your thorough video!
For short-term rentals, they are mostly on Airbnb and VRBO. I have clients who have worked out an agreement with owners on there for lower rates for staying 1-6 months so I recommend starting there!
