Do you have any actual tutorials for all of these features? Every year, I buy the new version and I struggle to figure out how to use more than 5% of what Pinnacle says the software is capable of doing. Oh, and then it crashes...
@@HalfbreedTrini he's retired from making tutorials he says it's from stress but really it's because he's sick of promoting the program because it crash's all the time and because of lack of support. If you have software you shouldn't depend on third parties to explain your products for you - you should be able to provide tutorials yourself which they don't do. There's a reason why no one takes this software seriously and is always left off of top software list. Also it's obvious why he buys it every year to show support and get the latest features duh
download the trial version and see..... no one can promise you it won't crash since no one knows what PC hardware you have, how well has it been maintained, what type of videos you will be editing, and what created those videos.
PS26 has a storyboard option on the timeline. And while legacy Studio (8-15) might be easier to use, try editing 1080HD or UHD4K in them. Also, you are limited to how many tracks total? One of the biggest requests back in the day, was for more tracks. Now you have them. You have masking, tracking, multicamera editing, multiscreen editing. You can't do any of that in legacy Studio. But... if it fits yours needs.... USE IT!!
Pinnacle Studio 26 Ultimate here. How to crop to a spesific aspect ratio? I want to crop to portrait mode to post to instagram. I have 27 clips in my video and I have to individually crop every clip and without the ability to see if the aspect ratio is correct (or any info about the size of the resized video). All of my clips are now slightly in different sizes and that's the best I can do. And don't know if it will fit Instagram either. Any advices?
Just wondering if the people complaining here are meeting hardware requirements, or is their criticism warranted? I don't own this software but am looking into it amongst a few other editors.
So I just wanted to comment here as a costumer to let you know that I couldnt buy product bacause it doesnt suppor 8K video format. Do you have some products that support 8K and another Higher quality formats??

I have Pinnacle Studio 21. I have the problem. If I have splits clip the video and I will extend the duration of the video that I split clips earlier so it will come back again or extend the old video even though I have already cut it. Plies tutorial about my problem.🙏
Hello everybody Troy here so I have always supported this product but I'm beginning to wonder why because even communication with Corel at the moment with a problem I have on pinnacle Studio 25 in saving videos the technical team send you an email say they're going to get back to you and leave you hanging Also wondering Why are we supporting this product when there are not regular updates for it and patches ? it's nice to see there is a pinnacle Studio 26 but it does not give people confidence in using it when there are problems and there is not enough response like it used to have before on the technical issues such as mine in the last couple of days it seems that pinnacle Studio once your money but I'm not giving the backup service to it including the patches and also the regular updates in fact I have only ever had one update on my pinnacle Studio 25 how many have you had thanks Troy

Been using Pinnacle for years..lots of unusable effects ECT..and the next version has little to no really good upgrades but still all the old crud.older visions had some good stuff they took away and they ran smoother.maybe if it was cheaper it would be ok.
Struggling with setting on my laptop to be able to have better editing speeds it will do videos good enough but when I try to do audio and lining it up it's so painful that I haven't used the program for months it's like I move one thing wait ten min then move something again and wait ten min. I know it has to do with computer power
@@prdlaserandleather6897 but what processor (make and model) and what graphics card (if one is available)? What are the types of video you are editing? Are you using effects. I will admit, that this version does have a memory leak, big time. That might be where you are experiencing issues when the computer has to use your hard drive as a "virtual memory" when you are close to running out of your installed memory. It has been reported and a fix is suppose to be soon. But honestly, 8GB RAM isn't much for editing. Especially if you are using integrated graphics (iGPU) which also requires system RAM. Pinnacle's specs are way low if you ask me. Yes, it will run on the minimum spec machine, but very poorly unless you are editing old SD footage. Try anything new, and it will slow down. With each new version of most software, the requirement to run it (especially complex software such as a video editor) goes up.
It's a Microsoft surface book 2. I know it's not a video editing computer but i mostly just been doing some GoPro videos of weddings and some UA-cam type videos mostly. Nothing I thought was too crazy to edit. But also don't have $2,000 for a new computer just to edit lol. What stinks is this used to work then IV updated it and it got worse for me
Funny how you sell version 26 as a new product. This is just a patch for version 25 which should be for free, not as a new version. How about adding new effects, sounds etc. These are still the same for years. And I had fantastic new blue effects in version 21, which I cannot use in 25. I am not going to upgrade untill there are really visible upgrades, new functions, effects, music etc.
They are deceiving calling it a pro level editor. When you by 26 ultimate you would expect it to make bluray discs, but no you have to pay extra for that and only does pcm 5.1, can't import dolby plus would of expected dolby 5.1 or aac 5.1 at least
PS26U dont use my hardware ( slow ) 12 core threadripper and right now Radeon 7800XT with 64 GB RAM, and for some reason insert minute long freeze frames into my videos, i can pretty much not use it and have wasted my money.
A cool program. Unfortunately, after purchase, you can only download it once. My SD card broke and I couldn't access my download link anymore. And everything flew into the inferno
i must honestly say im disapointed. paid 130 euro for it and some of my free editors do way cooler stuff. im a music producer and wanne promote my beats with cool own shot and edited videos. i use some free apps to add certain effects then after doing that opening up pinnacle for 130 euro its pretty basic with the amount of effects you get!

Why are timing always wrong in Pinnacle when the free Windows Media Maker from year 2011 does it perfectly? Even in 2023, timing is wrong in Pinnacle vs the 100% free 2012 program by Microsoft. Pinnacle is the worst crap i ever used. Impossible to do timing. A free year 2011 program from MS does it better.
Pinnacle is the worst. The more transition and effect you add the slower it gets. I have studio 23 ultimate and when I had a problem they said they no longer support this version. I've had all the version since Studio 9. They got worse over time. They can do alot but good luck making it work. Time for Adobe

Pinnacle sucks. It's the worst software I've ever purchased. And I have used a few professional video editors besides most of the Adobe applications.

Studio 14 still has better accessibility and more functional UI than anything in the 20's for versions.

New to video editing. Need to make a “Title” using Pinnacle 26 where credits scroll up from bottom and exit on top...like a movie. HELP! (please)

Try Black magic design and davinci resolve. From free to one time pay 300 usd.
