SWISS ROLLS RECIPE
Strawberry deco
10g cake flour/self raising flour/any flour
10g white egg
10g sugar
10g butter
food colouring
CAKE BATTER
60g oil
60g buttermilk
1tsp Vanilla
3 egg yolk
1tsp vanilla
3egg whites
50g sugar
60g cake flour
(Homemade buttermilk = 1cup milk with 4-5tbsp vinegar/lemon juice)
The balance can be stored in the fridge/chiller.
CREAM
150g cream cheese
40g icing sugar
1tsp vanilla
250g whipping cream
(mix until soft peak)
10 x 12 x 1 baking tin
Bake at 170 degree celcius oven knob for 20-25minutes
