I’m a huge wrestling fan. I love listening to you guys because you’re knowledgeable and most importantly you bring passion and fun to the podcast. I absolutely love Wayne’s laughter and Zack’s jacked up enthusiasm. I love that you’re not worried about pronouncing wrestlers names perfectly. It’s obvious Zack puts a ton of work and preparation into the shows. When Wayne gets laughing that’s the best. I also love that Wayne is a Penn state homer. How could you not love what Cael & company have created and the values instilled in the great young men that go there. Wayne and Zack you guys set a great example of father and son and the love and respect you guys have for one another comes shining through. I love what you’re doing. Keep killin it !!
I’m still training, taking my vitamins and saying my prayers as I strive to become the first ever international two subscriber champion of the world. I will donate my winning shirt to the second place finisher. I just want the glory. Soooo what ya gonna do when I win the subscriber of the week over youuuuu. Oh, and go LHU wrestling!

I would like to say …. There is now way Iowa even comes close to Penn State. Even with VanNess out for the season.
My OSU Cowboys beat ou like a government mule this week, even without Fix and Surber wrestling. We got a lot of young studs coming up and just got a commitment from LaDarion Lockett (#3 recruit in the class of 2025)! Wouldn't be surprised if we shock some people come tournament time!

Yeah, the Tony Robbins comparison to Tom Ryan really hits home. He has his "leaders" and "black shirts"...whatever. Before I retired five years ago, I had to sit through all kinds of "leadership" seminars and utter non-sense sold to my employers by hucksters and scam artists. It made me want to retire earlier than I had planned. If you can't coach kids to relax and enjoy the sport that we all love, then you are falling down in your duties as a leader.

Thanks, but I am not a veteran. My hometown (Gettysburg) sells those USS Gettysburg hats and I wore it to show my love for the town. I apologize that I forgot to say during the podcast that I was not a veteran (I'll be sure to explain all of that on the next episode). I DO want to say THANK YOU to all those who served our great country.

I was standing mat-side during Shapiro’s second loss at CKLV. He was not right. I thought it was because he got poked in the eye and because he’s a young freshman but his body language was off.
Big ten plus finds the biggest nerd communication majors to call wrestling matches. It’s brutal. They have no idea what they’re watching and act like they’re calling a funeral.
They should be asking former wrestlers to call matches who are still around the home team programs.
That girl was the absolute worst. Talking about Hofstra "staving off" PSU but not enough to get the win. PSU had 4 falls, 3 techs, & 1 major. That's a ROUTE! She also said Shindel was looking strong against Starocci by scoring 3 points. Starocci cut him 3 times looking for a tech fall. We gotta stick a woman in the middle of everything for the sake of inclusivity. Pathetic.

I had to mute the Hofstra PSU meet during Staroccis match. Starocci was up 12-3 & going for a tech. Shindells 3 pts came from being cut 3 times. The female announcer said Shindell defied expectations by scoring 3 points on the National Champ & looked strong against Starocci. She later said Hofstra was "doing a great job staving the PSU wrestlers off, just not enough for the win".PSU had 4 pins, 3 techs, & a major. Stop hiring women who don't know 💩 in the name of diversity. What a joke. #1 team in the country & this is what's announcing your meets?

I would like to say that Pitt did a great job over THE OSU!
This is the same idea that happened last year. If most of the close matches go to Iowa, they can win the duel. But the only wins that seem guaranteed go to Penn State (Nagao, Starocci, Kerkvliet). Every other match could reasonably go either way, but even in saying that Penn State will be the favorite in a lot of those matches.
I cannot see how you say that Ayala, Woods, and Ferrari automatically win but Kerk and Brooks are 50/50 matches

@@BEGSports but you literally only talked about a dual matchup but insinuate that Iowa beating Penn St in a dual means they have a path to a title which is far from the case. Example, Woods beats Beau in the dual and out places him at Nationals, let's give Woods 22 points and Nationals and Beau 15, but Kerk beats whomever they send out in a dual and at Nationals Kerk gets 20 and the Iowa guy will likely get 0. Beating a team in a dual in no way is a path to beating them at the NCAA's
