A big No No from me. I took my 7yr old son with special need (autistic and hyperactive) to this doctor's clinic for kids at polhengoda road.Since it is difficult to keep my son intact we obtained No.01 in doc 990 and arrived at clinic at time.9.30 a.m However the staff at this clinic (two girls) informed there are 9-10 patients who arrived earlier and we have to wait time comes.They dont understand about how difficult to keep a child with hyper active intact as my son was exhausted and suffering from fever and shouting and running all over the place.Though other parents asked us to go prior them and meet the dr. they keep ignoring and called other patients. Even this dr. Ajith Doesn't understand anything about special needs and informed he cant change the system here.That was his freaking answer. The staff told us they have mentioned it in doc990 that we have to wait irrespective of channeling number but when we pointed out there is no such thing they rudely asked us to get the refund and leave. So I have to take my child out for few times and after nearly 2hrs only his chance came.The two staff girls were so rude and arrogant and kept ignoring patients and hanging on their mobile phones. To show the reports also I had to wait nearly 2hrs day after the same procedure. Its pathetic this dr. Runs a kids clinic and no nothing about how to treat a special need child or a patient.we had a appointment and didnt asked any favour.pathetic patient service. please dont go.
