How to make Easy Potato chops
Potato - 2 Big
ginger (Finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Garlic (Finely chopped) - 11/2 tsp
green chillies (Finely chopped) - 2 nos
Salt( according to taste )
Garam Masala powder - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Besan Flour - 1 Cup
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Water
Refined oil

കുറച്ചു pottatto പുഴുങ്ങി വെച്ചത് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.. എന്ത് ഉണ്ടാക്കണം എന്ന് നോക്കി അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഈ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു.. ഉടനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി... Super taste... മാഡത്തിന്റെ അവതരണം.. ആ സംസാരം എത്ര ഇഷ്ടം ആണെന്നോ ❤❤
ഓരോ വിഭവങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ ആ പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്ന രീതി അതാണ് "ലക്ഷ്മിചേച്ചിമാജിക്‌ " സത്യത്തിൽ ഇത് പാചക രൂചികൂട്ടിന്റെയൊരു മഹാ ലക്ഷ്മിതന്നെയാണ് 😍👍

Similar type we make in Mumbai as street food called vadapav. It is called batata vada and is eaten with pav(bread). Adding fresh corriander leaves add to the flavour

Lemon juice is added...garlic avoided...gharam Masala avoided....
Rest of the thing same.
Turmeric is not mandatory.
