you need to level the glyphs for energy regeneration and grappling distance i guess too very high and then you can dodge more often and practise your reaction for the focus attacks, because you can only parry those. And also practise the movement functions so you make them subconsciosly correct everytime because they are so complex that you can get confused very quick
