Another place haven't been to since I was a child. Obviously expanded over the years. Lovely to see the animals having space to roam. Lots to see. Looks a good day out.
Glad you enjoyed your day here. My number 1 Zoo, has been my favourite for a long while. They now have a new Lion pride and new monkey exhibit where the Sloth Bears were. We always take the car in (even with the extra charge) as my parents struggle to cover that sort of ground. It gives us the chance to possibly go around twice and be able to go through the Asia drive thru paddock. Great video.
Oh nice! If they have new things to see, we may have to go back and visit again. Yes, we enjoyed Whipsnade, and it was nice that the enclosures were so generous.
I've been there once before 2020, most of the food places were shut . Lot of walking and I should have driven to each part instead of leaving car in car park . I'm hoping to go again soon I enjoyed my time there.
Hi, thanks for watching and commenting! Yes, there is certainly lots of walking as the enclosures are so large. It's great to have the option to drive if walking isn't your thing. Hope you have a great time when you do visit again. Matt and Issy
Just visited this zoo two days ago. Too much walking, u walk miles and see very little. Without electric scooter or bicycle u will only get upset in the end. I spent 4 hours at this zoo with my 8yo son . If u miss one animal as they like to hide alot , there's no chance u ll be walking back miles to see if they decided to come out .
Yeah, this is the one drawback for visitors. It's better for the animals to have the huge enclosures but not so good for people. I guess that's why you can choose to take your car around. Personally, we didn't mind the walking and saw loads of animals, but understand it's not for everyone and definitely not so good for younger kids.
Hi... yes! London zoo is obviously in Central, ZSL Whipsnade is its partner zoo in Leicestershire. Whilst London zoo is relatively small, Whipsnade is massive. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already! Matt and Issy
Been to many zoos and Safari parks , but Did not much enjoyed this place , zoo is not much engaging and too much to walk for too little to see . Not interested to go back or recommend someone
We know what you mean. it is very spread out, but that means it is better for the animals as their enclosures are really big. personally its not our favourite, but we still had a good day out. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe for more videos! Matt and Issy
Absolute shit place.. Went with family, spent 6 hours and saw 2 butterflies (1 that was dead) but was still able to take pictures with it, no decent food places, no BIG CATS... apparently the British climate of 20 degrees was too hot for them, 2 monkeys that seemed they got tranquillised, did 13k steps to see a Rhino piss on the floor (about as exciting as it got). Dont waste your time or money.
Sorry you had this experience. It's certainly not the day out we had. As we said, whipsnade is different in that it's far more for the animals than it is for the visitors. I suppose when you just give the animals free reign, and let them do what they want, there's always a chance that they'll go indoors away from visitors. It's a real shame you had that experience though.

Worth a visit, but not as good as somewhere like cotswold wildlife park or west midlands safari Park. Thanks for watching!
Those tigers! 🐅🐯🐅🐯
Great video, especially the bit where Issy got attacked by a butterfly!
That one butterfly definitely seemed to like us! Thanks for watching!
Loved seeing Issy get the giggles in the butterfly house! Think l would have to use the car to get around as it's so large.
It really is huge... its the one zoo we've been to that definitely seemed to be more about the animals than the visitors
😊

This is one of our favourite zoos. There is so much space for both the animals and visitors. We have been ZSL members for 8 years now.
It's certainly a different type of zoo in comparison with many others. Far more for the animals than the visitors at times, with all that space!

*Hi..Is ZSL London Zoo and Whipsnade zoo two different zoo at different locations?*
