    Finally! Someone giving precise information to make meringue cookies! Thank you! Can you clarify if you ran the mixer on low for about 5 minutes as you added the sugar or did you turn it up once the sugar had been added? I am trying to avoid over or under mixing.

    Love the touch with the rose 🌹 petals. Does it really take 7 or 8 hours to dry in a conventional oven? Thank you for sharing and keep on caking 💜

      thank you so much hun! I think it depends on the oven to be honest :) mine takes a good 6 hours, and even, if I let them cool to room temp, they sometimes soften in the centre. I notice if I dry them for 8 hours, they don't ever become soft in the middle, no matter how long they stay at room temp.

    is the piping tip you're using the same as an eclaire one?

      hi hun, that is a great question. Most eclaires I have seen are smooth haha! But the teeth on this piping are not super indented, so you could definitely use this for eclaire.
