    I love the ABU! The guys at Ample Sound have been great too! Very kind!

      They are incredibly kind! That’s actually a pretty big deal to me as well. It’s reassuring to know they’re active in the community and answer questions. Really cool people!

      I agree. While v2 is good, the simplified UI and workflow in v3 allow me to work that much faster. It feels right.

      But the sound is also better, I'm total gone with it !

    Hear about a year later but man, listening to the ample sound cover of Adam Ben Ezra's "can't stop running" in the demos is really frightening. If I didn't know better, as I'm not an upright bass player, I would have a hard time distinguishing between the real double bass and their version. Incredible work.

      Yes! I agree. There’s a sub community of artists I’m starting to find around UA-cam that compose with these instruments and it’s incredible what they’re making. If you’re into metal, look up the electric guitars. It’s wild!

      Absolutely! Either one sits really nicely in the context of a full mix. Refreshing tonality even on default. Nudge these things a little and they’ll really sing.

    PICK OPTION ?

    • @TobyRyan
      @TobyRyan  2 роки тому

      Great question! I checked the options, and at this time neither acoustic bass or upright have pick options. The electric bass guitars on the other hand do have pick or finger options. More specifically the “ABJ”, “ABP”, and “AMR” VSTs are the ones I’m referring to. Hope that helps! ✌🏻

    What about string selection?

      The CapoMan can help with fret position, which, in turn, will choose a different string.

    Please, this instrument accepts Scala files?

    • @TobyRyan
      @TobyRyan  2 роки тому +1

      I'm not sure what Scala files are, but these do import midi files, and a few GP files.

      @@TobyRyan scala files are tuning files. I use for avoid equal temperament.
