    WORKOUT PROGRAM
    Circuit A (3sets)
    A1. DB Goblet Squat - 12 reps
    A2. Glute Bridge - 12 reps
    A3. DB Floor Press - 10/side
    A4. DB Row - 10/side
    Rest 30s-60s
    Circuit B (3 sets)
    B1. Single leg deadlift - 12/side
    B2. Deadbugs - 12/side
    B3. DB Shoulder Press - 12/side
    B4. Push Up - 10/side
    Rest 30s-60s
    Circuit C (3 sets)
    C1. Feet elevated Sit up - 12 reps
    C2. DB OH triceps extension - 10 reps
    C3. Plank to Forward reach - 10/side
    C4. DB bicep Curl - 10 reps
    Rest 30s-60s
    Power set: (3 sets)
    1. DB Push Press 6-8 reps
    2. Countermovement Jump 6 reps

    Cool Down
