1:14 The roads beside Loch Tay offer a choice - the Northern road is fairly narrow two-lane, the Southern road is 16 miles of single-lane road with passing places. Enjoy !
The wind is crazy there, any idea how fast it was blowing? I love highland cows as well, I watch a farm on UA-cam, he had 3, one passed away his name was Fred (the only male of the 3) then Tessie she had to be sold because she was very dominant, and he still has June bug. Doss Farms if you want to check him out. They're in the US. Anyway I'm enjoying the videos!!!
A really fun video, looks like you two are really having fun, something is wrong with the world, your videos should be a getting lot more likes and views, they are so interesting and Becca is so beautiful ❤❤❤
Looks like you guys had a great time in Skye, if you ever return to Scotland I recommend staying in Aviemore. Its a Ski resort town very close to the cairngorm mountains and the scenery and walks there are amazing plus you are guaranteed to see a Highland cow 🐄
No way you didn’t see a Highland Coo! This did make me laugh at you struggling with the wind, there is a good reason Scotland produces 100% of it’s energy from renewables, you do eventually get used to the wind, you just learn to walk at a pitch into the wind.
@@redandbecca So glad to hear this. Scotland can be a bit unforgiving weather wise but you guys proved your hardy credentials. Best wishes to you both.
In Britain they drive on the left, which is right. You don't use cutlery on fish & chips...... That's why fingers were invented. If you keep facing the wind you don't have to comb your hair. The cattle are sensible.....in that wind they're in barns.
"You're hair was not designed for Scotland"?? Have you not noticed your gingerness? Good video, but as for the wind, we just zip up the jacket and have watery eyes. If it's really windy we watch out for flying trampolines, but mostly stay indoors. Scottish Islands can be windy, but when they are not, they are just surreally beautiful.
In the Highlands and Islands there are alot of "wee frees" it's a form of the Scottish Kirk (Church) yeh and the sabath is for Kirk a m mmnd nothing else. When he got married to my mum he had to get special permission to let his best friend be his best man because Kevin is Catholic. He hated the devotion caused by religion and my brothers a I were brought up in the Kirk of F-you a ever growing church in the UK. Skye has improved immensely in the past 30 years, I remember going to a we shop and a bunch of women were chatting in English but as soon as we walked in they all started speaking Gallic (they were just being rude) as as we were leaving my father thanked them in Gallic, his first language. Oh about the cows it might help if you started pronounced it COOO and a whole bunch of the wee hairy beasties coos might say high.
So nice to see a couple from the u.s not complaining. Just happy go lucky. Come back anytime

The two lane narrows to one lane over a few of it's small bridges.
@@dontalkt2meboutheroes I should have mentioned that - thanks.

I think the winds were something like 40mph with 60mph gusts if I remember correctly
Lerwick on mainland shetland as really bad winds it's like a brick wall stopping you moving
We have loads of coos in Glasgow. They live in Pollok Park.

I agree, I've watched every video they have posted, and liked every single one, not sure why people watch and not hit the like button.
Thank you! We appreciate the kind words!
@@FDNYbuffL132 thank you for the support!

Thanks for the tip! We will definitely be back at some point. Absolutely have to see a highland cow!

Two of the most Scottish looking people ever
They do don't they
Hope you had a nice honeymoon and you must return in the summertime too.
If you come to Scotland late Autumn /winter off season expect wind and not everything to be open......you just whinged the whole time....😂...
I disagree. They were happy go lucky
I'm so accurate 🎉😂😂😂
You move the seat with a lever under the seat
There was no lever on this one. Checked multiple times throughout the trip!
@@redandbecca I couldn't have drove that car without knowing I would have ask the hire Company
@@redandbeccathere is always a seat adjuster, ALWAYS 🤯
You don't need a fork and a knife to eat fish and chips you eat with your hands
Americans don’t know how to use cutlery anyway. 🏴🇬🇧
Oh wow, "all about us"?? I thought you guys were going to comment on the beauty but noooooo... Too windy, food & you.
So I gotta ask you guys, you came to Scotland Autumn/Winter on your honeymoon? Are you's mad? 😂
p.s. I've been stuck here for 60 years. 😂😂
lol we went with cold places the whole trip. Iceland then Scotland. But still loved both of them

Your only talking about the cows what about all of the sheep
After being in Iceland for 7 days I think we had seen plenty of sheep!
Odd😂😂
