+Jack Lope I agree about the cowl hood. There is no use for it if the truck doesn't even have a cowl induction system.
+Trevor Sorg That style has nothing to do with cowl inductions or intakes, it has to do with drawing excess heat from the engine bay and helping draw fresh air in.
If you have an open filter element, the fresher/colder air coming in will help a bit, but its more about improving cooling capacity overall.
FCFordLord Does air even go in through that without a cowl induction though? You would think that the position of the opening is in a sort of vacuum area, since while driving the air pushes up the windshield instead of down it.
FCFordLord Oh I see what you're saying, the vacuum pulls hot air out, allowing for cooler air to get sucked in. Nvm. Thanks for clearing things up.

Funny I was thinking about a Viper here on UA-cam I saw when I saw that blue. I think that's the best blue paint I've seen. A shame he deleted the A/C. Everybody's different I guess.

Awesome truck except the exhaust. never use flowmaster and never stop the pipes under the truck. only use glasspacks into straight pipes right out the back .
where can I find this glasspack?

Flowmasters give a better tone.

i own an 84 gmc no joke THOSE EXACT SAME COLORS only mine has a lot of chrome, but i really like the kind of grille u picked thats sick

LMC slap together job and with horrible taste but thats probably from the owner.
Only things I don't like is the AC delete. Did that with my 86, and never stopped regretting it.
