I saw this on reddit some months ago. I sent it to one of my ... "artists friends". Was a silent video but with sound WOW... we gawked at the style, the "feel" and the ......"soul", the movement and transitions have. Pleasantly surprised to find you on UA-cam. But its deeper than that lol. EXCELLENT work.
Bro, how did you create that character transition effect? I've been trying for three weeks to do something similar with a boss in my game. I'm trying to make it look like its limbs are growing during the transformation to phase 2. Did you use any specific technique, asset, or follow a tutorial? P.S.: I loved your video! I added your game to my Steam wishlist.
ya think it would look great if the variation was very small, and if animal got too far from the heard it would get a new speed modifier to get back into the heard. like both if it got too fast or too slow.

another interesting thing to try would be to have the herd follow the movement of the character.

That's a nice dragon animation! For the hair, you using UE groom or hair card with bone?
I initially tried groom, but it is incredibly expensive for a large area of hair. I ended up falling back to hair cards.
