One of the best teachers on massage on UA-cam...
Thank you Joe. My pleasure to teach. I love it!
Yeah but i would love to recommend @miss_mary0147 she’s good
This guy literally saved my body from repetitive techniques I was previously using. I had carpal tunnel syndrome from using my hands too much.
Thank you! Good to have positive feedback
I’ve been practicing for 1 year and I come back to this man over and over and over again!
I’m so grateful for you Mr. Teacher! 💚✨
Thank you thank you!
This guy is a really good teacher! I love how he's explaining the techniques, he's very clear - I came across this researching to refresh some techniques, but some of these I never had explained so well. Thank you.
Thank you! Good to have positive feedback
He is a FANTASTIC instructor! He reminds me of the instructor I had when I was in Massage school.
Thank you Christina. Then I will have to meet your instructor!! Where is he/she? Best from Bodyology
Where is this school
You are fantastic too!
I
I come back to these as refreshers and to learn what we never did in school. This one video showed me more than my Instructor ever did. Thank you.

watching this since I want to learn more on how to do it since I already work as massage therapist....so good
Thank you and good luck with your studying!
I loved this guys technique. I look forward to trying some of his techniques.
Thank you!! Happy to help
Thank you so much for creating and sharing this demonstration. I am a new therapist and it really grounded me on remembering that massage should be a dance, not a fight...looking forward to not only the next video, but the affects several of the techniques will have on my clients tomorrow...
Ye! Massage should be a great dance for the therapist. this is the right way to use your body correctly.
Thank you!! In those video I really try to teach students and graduates the quality of a good massage and that includes posture and using your hands freely. Many thanks!
I can't seem to get deep enough for some clients. I am sweating exerting so much energy and strength and they complain it is too light
Thats me lol. I like it deep deep. The last lady almost started sweating massage my upper back.
Yes that means the problem is not your massage, the sensitivity of body.
@@maggicchann2494 What do you recommend for ppl like me that likes it hard & deep pressure?
@@9erslady37 Dr. Mondragon !
Try Ashiatsu. Best decision I have ever made as a deep tissue practitioner!
This video is very educational, not only for massage students, but also for any layperson watching. The instructor uses a simple, understandable terms and uses proper body mechanics throughout. My only comment is, I would teach the future massage therapist to remove jewelry, including any ring as it may hurt the client when doing the strokes. Overall, this video is GREAT.
Thank you! Massage can be done not only by professional as you said but other people can also give a good massage
Techniques and instinct
Proud masseuse here in KSA.
God gifted hands to touch😘😘 originally from 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭.
Thank you!
The techniques and explanations went great together. the way you explained how the client's body allows your arm to move across the back was explained to me as the muscle melting. that helped me to visualize and fully understand that I don't move, but the client's body moves, and I just follow. I love the video though. I will be watching it more than once.
Thank you. its so nice to see therapists all over the world on youtube
Большое спасибо за то, что делитесь знаниями !
you are most welcome!
Love watching your videos as they are so thorough, I have been an RMT for over 6 years and find I keep coming back to your videos when I need a refresher or to learn new ideas/techniques that may not have been shown in the same way as I was taught in school...thank you and keep up the great videos :-)
Thank you!
Who knew there was so many intricacies to massages
Love his technique. Am always looking to expand my knowledge and try new concepts that look exciting to me.
Bobby Harrell zee malayalamsong

Thank you
This is a good video. I admire you're body mechanics.
Happy to help!!
Lots of great tips. I am currently a student in Canada and I wish you were my teacher! I'll have to suffice with all the videos you've made. Thank you for sharing this on UA-cam!!
nice
I thought that massage courses in Canada are the best, probably they are very long....
I love the Way you Deliver the Technique in Massage .....Superb....
Thank you! my pleasure!
Teddy Mendoza I love you

The massage is so good it bends space
Ha Ha! It changes the rules of physics, ha?
I really appreciate the work he does and the knowledge he shares, thank you very much! I have my technique, but this helps be to be a better massage therapist. The right biomechanics... you can see his not in the stone age of massage theory.
Thank you. Biomechanics is the heart of what we teach
I may come late but can u tell me how do u use the movement with the hand? How do u move it without making it uncomfortable to the patient foremost when going over the spine? Do u tilt the hand or something else
I look the teqnic some like baliness massage, with deep presser.
Well done instructor, it is really good to learn about proper massage, from towel dripping, risk, contra indication, benefits, manipulation, stroke in every manipulation, dos and don't, legal ethical, danger site of the body( which part of the body not suppose to put pressure coz its not protected by muscle) and body mechanics, and one thing therapist must also know how to do vital sign, there;s still a lot more learn...i am also a trainer and i admire you for the good job....keep it up....
Thank you. Are are right...there are so many different skills that a therapist needs to know....
Good teacher❤much respect 🙏 thx alot and blessings
You are very welcome
Incredible teacher. Thank you for these. Blessings
You are very welcome
I'm glad he thinks deep tissue doesn't hurt. If someone is in pain. deep tissue does hurt. A good therapist releases the pain. Pain level should be 7 to 8 out of 10. Please tell the truth
In most times, if there is too much pain, the muscles contract. So, nothing will be achieved. My suggestion is first to slow down the strokes.
Very helpful, I have been hurting myself with poor posture/technique.
Thank you for sharing the video, I look forward to more.
Posture while giving massage is really really important so happy to help
What an outstanding video!
Many thanks.
With pleasure. happy to help

you can watch the video again? Sometimes it take few time to really understand how to do each technique properly. For me, it took few years!!
very good video now learn more about using foreign hands massage
Thank you for your comment. We are always happy to share our knowledge on UA-cam
would like to ask how many minutes the right timing of the deep tissue massage?
jana villacruz its hard to know and it depends on the client. start with a short time and see if there is a change to the muscle. Then increase the time as you go.
Excellent teacher
Thank you!
I really enjoyed this video it teaches deep tissue, plus propper body machanics ;)
Thank you! Body mechanics is super important, you are right.
Great techniques.
+Sandra Sanna Thank you!

Will do. Thank you!
You are amazing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you!
its ok to use the forearm over the spine as long as you don't aplay
pressure on it
True most of the time
relaxing just to watch , man
Thank you!!
I would like to do short course of deep tissue massage.
Please register on our website and will let you know when our course will start.
What is the first producer of massages please send me the first sir thank you
First one is the consultation, getting information from your client
I've observed that most of the techniques are at a downward strokes,is there anyone who can give an explanation to it?thanks!
Interesting question. downward techniques (towards the feet) tend to sedate and calm most people. upward techniques (towards the head) tend to 'wake up' most people. Try this...
I can tell you do some type of gung Fu! Your form and technique is nice
Yes. I had a lot of martial arts and movement experience. Once I have learnt massage, I was surprise to see that almost all my teachers never thought that the therapist body posture is important...
Do you know In tennis players which muscles are tight or strain? Thanks
Each tennis player might have a different issue...
I need a deploma in massarge and reflexology
Which country are you from?
Wow sir u r amazing 🙏👍
Thank you!
Which oil you used while doing massage therapy
Most time, sunflower oil
I practice Swedish massage regularly for a few years. I am interested in deep tissue. I watch your video and see that you are moving with the front arm across the back. Are you exerting pressure on the spine?
Almost! I'm not putting weight on the spine but very near
Thank you, because it surprised me that you could put pressure on it. Since I learned well not to touch the spine.
Thank you for your answer and video.
Yes, many school teach not to put any pressure on the spine. but this is nonsense. On a health client you can put a reasonable pressure on the spine, but do it slowly and communicate with the client.
I have been trying forearm methods/body mechanics at work including the way this gentleman used and I still am straining my pectorals- major and minor. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
Nicole Rowe Its hard to say why...Most likely you are trying to push your forearm with your shoulder muscles (that's what the pectoral muscles doing) instead of leaning with your body weight...Try to lean more.
Did you pay attention in school or just took Massage Therapy for the quick cash? Nicole Rowe It's all about experimenting with your body. You shouldn't be asking for help of Anatomy when you should be creative as a Therapist. I mean... it's not like 100+ hours of Anatomy is a big deal.
Also, may I add, you could change the height of the table. I'm sure the instructor here didn't mention it, but putting the table lower, can increase the pressure making it easier to do deep tissue. You could be straining the Pecs, by your position, the table, posture, etc. Going back to my original reply, you have to be creative.
Yes, you might be right about the table hight. Very important point.
@@IAmGunzNoob you are very rud,
Actually I take that last statement back after continuing the video it was the camera focus that threw it off notice that with the skeleton model
I see
How much step is there sir for massage
Not sure I understand your question
4 mudule,and 5 manipulation of massage please..
im also a student of therapist and i love to know more techniques
Thank you very much. Always happy to help
are u sure you can massage with your ring on finger ??
yes, you can
Not great. It's hard to teach, give massage and be sure the camera is running all at the same time. So at times I forget to take my ring.
Perfect
Thank you!!
I find you are using your wrists with to much extension. It is best to keep your wrist at less than 90 degrees of extension...use your fists instead, or bring your body closer to the client to flatten out your wrists, keeping them as close to neutral as possible. The way you are using your wrists, you restrict blood flow
This video is about the forearm technique, I am not sure what do you refer to?
Sandra Stone everyone is different lol
What's the name of this teacher?
Yeah I agree with juria but I would also like not seeing the green screen in the background it's very distracting with the distortions
Sorry, I know...Its the classroom so we have to keep the background as it is
nice video,.
Thank you. Hope you can pass it to others.
i love the teacher...where is this?
Thank you! we are on London UK
Do i need a professional English language to be a massage therapist???cause my language is not very very good!!
Amir! All you need is a passion to learn. Believe me! So many people told me that I am not going to succeed until my English is not good. This is not true. Best of luck and don't stop!
In the EU, they do not use so many towels, the warm is room and cozy, no one needs to cover up the entire body only the private areas and women's breast are not and issue! It's completely uninhibited. They put too much emphasis on a nude body in the USA!
It is what people like....You need to make client feel safe. I don't know what other people feel. Please join the conversation. I think its a cultural quesetion rather then only about massage
it looks like she has a hunchback? Does everyone have that? or is that a condition that the patient has?
(Just a question not an insult to her!)
Her back is within a normal range...
Sir is this classes in poland
We are in United Kingdom, England
❤
Thank you!
Can I come and study
Of course. Have a look at our website
Please send your website links.
Thank you
Why he is wearing ring is not safe for the guest.?
you are right.
do you really need to move like that to massage your client ?
Not all the time, but most of the time it is important. Some other schools teach in different style. So this is only my opinion, but it was tested on all of our tutors and thousands of students! It works
I’d this woman’s job is to get massaged , this would be my dream job 🤪
Its never too late to become a therapist
he is using a ring!! lol
Yes, probably need to take it off. This is the problem with being a teacher, therapist and shooting video at the same time...
Why was he using his forearm over the spine?
Its not an issue. you can do that. You can do a light joint mobilisation on the spine with your forearm. its a great technique
Woow
Sorry, can't understand
great video but man shouldnt have his ring on.
a wedding ring is ok. I would be worry about ring with stone...
You are putting your forearm right over the spine, is this not painful for her? When it’s done to me, I absolutely hate it, it’s so extremely sensitive. I think my therapist I booked the other day learned at this school because he was doing exactly this. I felt he was crashing my ribcage and damaging my spine, but didn’t get the deep detailed work in the muscles I wanted:((. So disappointing.
In the middle of the video you’re working right over her spine, I’m so surprised this is thought at massage school.
you can work on the spine, but you must be SENSITIVE. Its good to gently work on the spine and mobilise it. However, its not techniques that works on all client. So, somewhere, the therapist didn't communicate with you and 'tailor' the treatment to you.
Bodyology Massage School I honestly didn’t know. I always thought - you can never touch the spine! I try to avoid it at all costs. Yes mine is super sensitive, I guess..
Position Body 7:44
Thank you very much. Always happy to help
Prince for 1 hour?
You defiantly feel good with one hour massage
how can I enroll in your school
Please look at our website.
why u only massage mostly women?
Most of my students are women. So this is the only reason. As a male massage therapist, it's very important for me to have as many male therapists as possible. I'm happy to say that with each year we have more and more male therapists!
Now I know how to get to second base - become a massage instructor.
Happy to help
