I have had bag charms I was given when I lived in China 14 years ago, plus the Uk has done bag charms, I bought my teenage granddaughter some and will pass along the bag charms I have. I like the Western style fits my style.
Last week I visited my old house in the North of England (my ex husband lives there) for the first time in 5 years. To my utter delight, I found hanging in the cupboard under the stairs, a gorgeous beaded suede bucket bag by Antik Batik. With the original ticket from the discount store. It has 2 open pockets and a zipped one inside; and fringes on the outside. I carried it every day, it made me really happy. And has come back to Sicily with me
Somewhere I have a beaded strawberry charm I used to hang on my bag. My late Mom and I saw these really cute handmade charms when out shopping together 25 years ago or so. She bought a little frog one, each one had a unique design and so much work went into them by a local crafter. Maybe I’ll put it on my current everyday bag, just the one, though that has this fun memory of my Mom, my shopping and lunch buddy, whom I greatly miss. My usual not-very-charming bag attachment is a carabiner that I use to hang shopping bags from to go hands-free, my berry would be a lot prettier than that🙂
I enjoy seeing what is trending; however, I have only owned one “bucket bag” used to be called a hobo bag. Everything and I mean everything floated to the bottom of that purse. To get one thing out, you had to touch everything to find it. I will never do that again
@@cathylehman7538I use an organizer because it makes it easy to switch bags. Just pull the organizer out of one bag and drop into the next. It also keeps the inside of the purse clean for resale
Love me a handbag video almost as much as a shoe video! 😊 I prefer the long, narrow bags and crescent bags to the taller ones because it's easier to find your things in them. I think the bag charms are cute but, being more of a minimalist in my style, I'll pass on those. Thanks for another fun video! ❤
I've put key chain tags on my purse. Have for years. I get from concerts I go to. Like a black heart from seeing Joan Jett. One I got from U2 Joshua Tree tour that spins. 😃
Love all kinds of bags but I have to have an outside pocket. I gravitate to midsize bags with short grab handles as well as a long strap option. Some of these trends are really cute but not practical.
I don’t like those very deep bags, especially if they’re narrow, everything small and/or heavy, like my keys, sinks to the bottom and is hard to locate and retrieve. I always choose bags that aren’t more than about four to six inches deep, trending or not. I love bags, too, but they have to be practical.
I’ve had charms on my bags for 20 years …now it’s a trend
Lol, yes it is!

I will be putting Halloween charms on my handbags!
cute!
Always love all your videos.
Thank you so much! ❤️

Thanks so much for sharing that! The little frog one sounds so cute and I love that it has sentimental value to you!
Great video, I've been following you for *preluxz* years and I'm so proud of what you've accomplished!
Love the update of the bag charms!
Thanks! 😊
It’s am really loving the east and west bag.
Hi 👋 Jamie! Love ❤️ your dress 👗. Looks good with your red hair!!
I ❤ how excited you get about handbags! 😊
Thanks! I love shoes and bags! ❤️
Out in the world I've never seen anyone with handbag charms!?!? My teenage granddaughter has a few...
Lol, I don't see a lot of them either but I use them. We will probably start seeing more of them.
Each bag was better than the other one before it…great video!
Yes! Thank you!

Ya, that's no fun! Have you looked at any of the bag organizers on Amazon for bags like that? They would help!
So, I need to buy a bag for my bag. I am going to pass on that but thx for the additional costs.
Me too. I’ve used my bucket bag since the late 80’s. It’s a luxury brand but given I’ve used it for so long, it’s totally worth it.
@@YourGuideToStyleThanks for the idea, Jamie! I love some of the styles but also don't want all my stuff floating around in the bottom.

Thank you ! I loved these. Lots of options. Going to buy some charms 😊Your outfit looks great ❤
Yay! Thank you!

Aww thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it!
Long narrow used to be called East/West.
Oh good to know! Thanks for sharing!

I have that brown faux sherling Walmart bag. I like the dark brown. It's not structured? Should I keep 🤔 it?
Long narrow bags.. in the words of Carrie Bradshaw “that’s not a bag.. it’s a baguette”
Yes! I love it!

Definitely carry a bag the functions well for you!

Walmart has pre-order now? Fancy schmancy. I'm not making fun. Just surprised.
Lol, I totally understand! Yes they do on some things now!
Not seeing any outside pockets for the phone! Not excited by any of your examples!
Thanks for sharing!
That's the first thing I check too when I'm purchasing a bag. I like my bags practical.
Not a fan of the charms. The others were so cute.
Thanks so much!
Unfortunately she's talking to the under 40 crowd. I wish she'd do a senior/high end video.
I'm over 40 and I would wear any of these bags. I don't think they have an age.
