@@ArtyomExplainsEng it still doesn't make any sense, think about this, when are you going to need to open that panel and plug an SSD inside? 1: when you mount the PC so you still need screws to mount the motherboard and the PC + securing the GPU 2: maybe you have already mounted your pc so you want to upgrade your storage memory so first you must remove your GPU so you need to unscrew the PCIe securing screws, unplug the CPU and then open the panel and plug the SSD. Then secure again the GPU. In both scenarios you still need tools. It's just a stupid and delusional marketing strategy to fool some idiots "wooow look at this, now screws, incredible guys" 😂
It do not matter what Motherboard z790 14 th gen you buy. They all can take up to 7800-8000 mhz. The hole problem is that pc stability is never put into marketing. Dont look at MAX speed ever, look at what motherboard / CPU can do for stabel solution. And yes the stabel solution is 6000-6200-6400-6600 for INTEL. And 6800-7200 is what you can call heavy overclocking and will stress test your system no matter what. So wry play around whit 7800-8000 mhz when it is well pushed out everywhere and testet. Just go for cheaper ram and setup XMP 3.0 and stop doing manuel overclocking. Every DDR5 ram can at least give you 2-400 mhz more whit push XMP on. So even 6000 or 6400 is just fine for everyone.

Should i update the bios before installing win11?
On this motherboard*
You should install latest non-beta bios version when building a pc. After that you should update when something important is changing and you need that change. Or if something is broken with current version and a fix is needed.
Thanks!
I have i7 13700k and aurus z790 alite ax motherboard and g skill 16x2 = 32 gb 7200mhz ram after enabling xmp in bios the cyperpunk 2077 crash do you have any sulotion for it ?
update your bios throw out your 13700k(or sell it) buy 14700k or 14900k and pray you have stability at 7200 XMP. IF not you will need to know how to tweak timings/voltages in your bios.
Hi. Change the speed of ram to 6800. Go to the bios-advanced mode-tweaker find ram speed and set it to 6800. Should be just below xmp. So it will use settings from 7200 xmp, but for 6800. Should be stable with latest bios on your board.
@@ArtyomExplainsEng if I put g skill trident z 16x4 = 64 GB 7200mhz ram into 4 slot how much stable speed will I get with i7 13700k and aurus z790 alite ax mobo is it any good idea ?
@@ArtyomExplainsEng can I find it in ddr5 xmp booster ?
@massoudwazir6389 do not ever go 4 sticks of ddr5. Speeds would drop to 6000 stable, probably not more. XMP will not boot, probably. Go 2x32 if you want 64gb or 2x24.
hi i have the Z790 x elite and i am willing to install 4 slots x16 of corsair dominator 6200 ddr5 my system will be stable shall i try it
my cpu is 14900k
Thanks a lot in advance
6200 with 4x16 or 24 gb will have a good chance to be stable. With 32/48 GB definitely no.

is the wifi 7 actually good?
Only if you have a WiFi 7 router. Then yes, it is fast.

can i run 7200mhz with this mobo? i have 14900k cpu and Dominator 64gb (32gbx2) 6600mhz cl32 with 4090 msi gaming x trio
or should i just buy something like 48gb (Dual) Ddr5 7600 Patriot Xtreme 5 RGB
The odds of 2x32 running in xmp are almost 100%, with 2x24 7600 xmp will very likely be unstable. Keep the 2x32, it is good ram, don't switch. The best you can go with 32g sticks with manual overclock is ~7000, but 32 gig sticks are a bit faster than 16/24 with the same speed due to dual rank. You are good, don't worry.
@@ArtyomExplainsEng man, that was like the fastest response i ever got from tech youtubers. Then i should try OCing my 6600mhz ram to 7000mhz. Thanks alot!
@@creamop8556 6600 cl32 is great, going for 6800 cl34 will probably have no performance gains. I would focus more on secondary timings to get the most out of your ram. NP

Can I run my ram at 6400 mhz and be fine to play games without crashes. Also should I enable resizable bar. Is there any other settings that I should change in bios?
Hi. 6400 should work flawlessly. ReBAR should be enabled. Update bios to the latest stable version, not beta, then just enable xmp and ReBAR.
The fact of adding a screwless ssd panel when you you still need to screw the ssds inside doesn't make any sense 😂😂😂😂😂😂
No screws for the ssd, no tools needed.
@@ArtyomExplainsEng it still doesn't make any sense, think about this, when are you going to need to open that panel and plug an SSD inside?
1: when you mount the PC so you still need screws to mount the motherboard and the PC + securing the GPU
2: maybe you have already mounted your pc so you want to upgrade your storage memory so first you must remove your GPU so you need to unscrew the PCIe securing screws, unplug the CPU and then open the panel and plug the SSD.
