The league is better when SJ is a good team and I am very happy to hear a highly touted #1 overall player actually wants to go there due to family ties or whatever reason!!! Let's just hope the NHL will not set up another #1 pick going to Chicago!!!
As a Bay Area resident and fan of the Niners, Giants, and Warriors, this is the only franchise in the area that has yet to achieve a title. If Celebrini were to be drafted by the Sharks, it would mean a lot to all of those rabid Sharks fans in the South Bay and rest of the Bay Area to get back to those Thornton/Marleau/Ricci/Sundstrom/Boyle days once again.
@@Jayvizespanaeven the earthquakes have won two titles 🤣 even though it was in the late 90s. Sharks deserve and have been needing good karma. We’ve been suffering for way too long.
I'd be cool with Celebrini going almost everywhere but Chicago.
Amen
Boooo hoo
Can't wait to taste your tears
It would be a dream come true for Celebrini to be a Shark and a Sharks fan. The Bay Area connections as well as the BU connections with Mike Grier and David Quinn. He would slot in perfectly as the future 1C, and be part of the future top 6 with him, Smith, Musty, and Eklund, who has shown so many flashes this year and had a good year on such an awful team.
Nope. Habs to win lottery.
@@komiruleshabs fans will always be delusional lol
Would love to see the Canucks somehow getting him( he’ll likely sign there the first chance he gets) as the team will be stacked.
Miller - Pettersson - Lekkerimaki
Hoglander - Celebrini - Boeser
Podkolzin - Raty - Garland
Joshua - Sasson - Bains
Hughes - Willander
Pettersson - Hronek
Soucy - Zadorov
Demko
Silovs
@@juanCarlos-bx9dywe have 8.5%. That’s not a delusion.
@@pegasus6116no thanks. Habs need to win the lottery.
As an Anaheim fan if the Ducks don't win the lottery, I hope Celebrini goes to the Sharks. There just hasn't been enough hate between the two in recent years. The Ducks/Sharks rivalry needs to heat up soon and with him on their team that would definitely accelerate the re-build. The Ducks are also loaded with centers, so kind of hoping they land Lindstrom who would work well on the wing. Of course if the Ducks do win the lottery, Celebrini and his fam will be going to Disneyland! We all know the Ducks won't. They never do but it's all good, the talent they have loaded up with is insane!
As a sharks fan. I dont even feel any hatred towards the ducks. Just kings and vegas lol
@@brandonworron1658 I don't know what happened...There used to be so much more hate. I think the new teams ruined that.
@@AnaheimRobalso, it’s hard to “hate” a team that now is really bad.
I watched the game last week where Edmonton killed the Sharks 9 - 2. Midway through the 2nd, the game resembled the Oilers playing a tune up game for the playoffs vs. an AHL team and I’m sure that Edmonton appreciated the “spirited warm up game” in advance of the playoffs.
It weird how most other fan bases now more of less take pity on us. But I get it.
@@damonmusha6504 As a Ducks fan , I feel your pain. Good times ahead, for both teams.... in a couple more seasons, anyway.
Freakin Vegas and Seatle. Always ruining good things!
He’s going to Chicago. Bettman will fix it.
I sure hope so
😂😂😂bum franchise
First line smith celebrini eklund would be a deadly line in the future
Would be pretty sick although I would imagine Smith will center the second line.
Ya we’ve known all season his preferred destination is San Jose, but I really think it really is up to the draft… yes he is in the NCAA and could go the Adam Fox route, but celebrini definitely seems like an integrity guy so I think he would respect the outcome. 25% chance would love it if it worked out, but preparing for 3rd overall
Noooooo He should go to Montreal and play with Hutson 😭😭😭
No he belong in San Jose you guys have won the lottery before we haven’t
I’m a nucks fan, since my teams in the playoffs I think the sharks should win the lottery
@@Nucksfan1 you are the nicest vancouver fan I’ve ever seen
@@KAKI.mtl.2 You guys deserve it tho, you guys have gone through pain this year. I DEFINITELY know how that feels💀
@@Nucksfan1as a habs fan true sharks derserves it
He doesn't have a choice. It makes no difference what he wants.
not true, he could do 4 years in college
Bonnie Lindros would like a word…
He could choose not to sign with the sharks and pull a lindros/fox
He could do what cutter did and not sign
@@sunsetrecords2548 True, but the Lindros situation was extreme. Eric had a personal beef with the Canadiens owner. People think Eric didnt like the city of Montreal but thats not true. It was just the owner that Eric didnt like.
the area between Livermore and Pleasanton is one of the richest areas in US. Sharks talked about having a practice facility in Pleasanton but I think it fell through and they made a big park instead.
Shark. His older brother’s Aiden in Vancouver
His destination will be whoever wins the draft lotto.
Yeah San Jose
@@FalseNi9eyeah.chicago.big.deal.again.
Wrong. Wants to play with Hutson. Hopefully habs win the lottery.
go habs go
Does not matter what he wants . ESPN will announce that Chicago wins the 1st overall 5 mins before the NHLLive announces it at the draft lottery. Just like last year's draft for Bedard . THe RIGGED NHL . Bigger revenue coming out of Chicago with all the fame and bling than San Jose, plus the NHL looks at this being more of a drawing more fans into the mix . So it does not matter Chicago gets the best 1-2 punch of the future.
Gier about to trade the 1st pick for 3 round pick.
I'm hoping his goes to the Sharks and then the Sharks convince his dad to join up too. One of the reasons that our vets stuck around as long as they did was the medical staff being as good as they are, so more medical staff can't be a bad thing!
The Sharks did just fire their longtime athletic trainer…so there’s an opening.
Van not a chance
Montreal screw San Jose! 😂😂
sign with Canucks as a UFA or demand a trade after refusing to sign after ELC same with @bedard do the right thing. Canucks Dynasty will be the most hated amongst the league
Well he’s definitely not getting drafted by the nucks
Group 3 UFA
This is the most common type of UFA. A player becomes an Unrestricted Free Agent (UFA) if their current contract ends after either 7 Accrued Seasons or they are 27 or older as of June 30.
Its mean we can sign him in 2032 after he signed 4 years deal after rookie contract 😂
Imagine in 6 years when bedard and celebrini come to the nucks.
I hope he goes to either the Yotes or the Hawks cause of it would be hilarious
Bedard and Celebrini to pull a lindros
Blackhawks 🚨🚨
Hoping he goes to sj
He’s coming to Montreal
Nah 😂😂😂
Thats truly disappointing, that his family is interfering in his choice. Almost like the Lindros situation.
He wants to play with Bedard and Nazar
He wants to play with Hughes, Pettersson, Miller, Demko, Boeser and Lekkerimaki
watch him land in chicago lol
DEMIDOV #1 celibrinito #2 (LANE HUTSON SPOON FED ALL THE PLAYS FOR HIM😅)
Demidov and Lane Hutson 😮⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️👹
Please come to San Jose! He's a better overall player than Bedard with just a little less offense
Dude no he’s not even close to bedard he’s more like a Jack Hughes level talent
Habs hostile offer coming in 3 years
Shark city
Caufield + 2 first rounders for the first 2024 pick !
I would seriously consider that
@@juuhan4892 works for me ! I would rather give Cole C. then Lane Hutson :)
thats an overpay ngl any team would accpet that even the shark
