Yeah. And it's not like the comfort somehow makes up for the sadness. It's more like, it allows me to sit with it. And if there's one thing I know about psychology, it's that being able to sit with negative emotions comfortably is a really good kind of therapy. All in moderation of course. Hope you're ok, the one reading this. I have so much sympathy for anyone feeling the same way when listening to this. I think simply being alive is enough to resonate with this song. I put this song on my TV and listen to it while I'm laying in bed. It honestly helps my anxiety so much. It calms me down and makes me content. I love the song it's so beautiful. Gotta say this song is perfect, moved from a Horrible city were so much trama was made, then I moved this year. Now life has been better than ever, I’m with my friends that i would die for now. I have a girlfriend that I straight love now and nothing could go in between it now. I’ve started training more than ever now and I’m becoming so athletic to where I never even thought I could make it this far, from what I used to be anyway. Now im partying with my friends and what’s left of my family every night. Tbh most of my depression is gone because I’ve never been this happy in my life.
To anyone that’s having a hard time just remember the pain is only temporary. Even when it seems all odds are against you, you can keep pushing. You always have someone behind your back. It’s ok to be sad, that’s what makes us stronger
