Had to pause and show my 6 year old daughter your family photo off of google. She said “he looks funny” because of Phil’s beard so I gave her the rundown on your family. She got so excited! I have several of the books y’all have written and we talked about them, the show, the podcast and Phylis! Her reply “God is so good!” Amen little girl, amen!

Hey guys! My name is Tyler Smith from Knoxville TN. Y’all remember when Y’all we’re talking about Moses in Exodus and Jase said, “someone should write a song about this”? I’m a songwriter and when I heard it I thought, “sure let’s do it!”. So with the help of the Lord, it’s finished and I want to share it with you guys but I’m not quite sure how. If you could find a way to get back to me, I would love for y’all to hear it! God bless you, and keep being unashamed for the Gospel!

Please be with our sister Lisa and her daughter whom you love. Grant them Your peace and I boldly pray for healing and deliverance for her daughter. That she may know how loved she is by You. Bring her to the cross of Christ and have her crucify her old self and be born anew in the love, mercy, and grace of Jesus to become that which You have created her to be. In Jesus name we pray, amen!

And you'll probably meet many of those brothers and sisters in heaven, because Jesus is going to come back for His Church while the earth is being dealt with down here, before He returns and we're coming with Him. Now that's truly AWESOME.
    Thanks for this program 👍👍👍

Part of the draw of your videos is the family fellowship coupled with the insights provided in the biblical study. At first it was a distraction because I feel your family has a lot of Godly knowledge to pass on, then I came to appreciate it because of sense of communion between believers. In the Rockies the bears walk up and downhill clockwise.
So, if you ever encounter a bear in the Rockies, you should run away counter-clockwise around the mountain.
Because bears always walk clockwise, the legs on the right side of their body are shorter than the left. That way their body is level. So, if they chase you, and you are going counter-clockwise, the bear will just tip over and roll down the hillside.

Jase, we live in Montana when using bear spray, be sure you DON'T
spray it into the wind, you could spray yourself. I used to work were we could get some unsavory people, we had bear spray at our register it's supposed to be better as it sprays out like a fan. Fortunately we never had to use it.
DO roll into a ball and place your hands on the back of your neck to protect that part of you body when an attack is imminent
Wolves on the other had, you are at the mercy of the pack.
Pray that you don't come onto either one.
We enjoy your program, it's the first thing we watch in the morning and then our bible study.
God bless your family, keep up the good work

Griz country and black bear country are very different.
In black bear country, you want to make noise to warn the bears that you are coming.
In griz country you should stay quiet.
Many people wear bells on their shoes to warn the bears.
The way to tell what type of bear country you are in is to find some bear scat.
Black bear scat will look like normal bear scat. Griz scat will have bells in it...
    😊😊😊

I’m with Phil on taking out the bear. In the early 80’s, baby sat a Canadian Mountain Lion (“DOMESTICATED”)for 11 days. I’m here to say you CANNOT take the wild out of a Wild Animal. Front claws were removed but it didn’t matter. I learned a lifetime of experience in those 11 days mainly that domesticated animals understood “wild” where humans were more “oh, isn’t that cute”. Mainly, if you are in an area where a 200 wild cat is hungry and wants you, better be armed and have four sets of eyes! Their element of surprise could be faster than pulling a trigger!

God bless from Canada. Could you please pray for my family. We just lost our 23 year old grand son to suicide but was pushed over the edge by a hateful woman who blamed him for all her sons faults. It’s the most horrific situation I’ve ever seen in my life. She not only bullied my grand son with a vengeance but then sent the most vile text to my daughter and husband as they were trying to put his funeral together. I have never seen a more destroyed human being then my daughter is right now and she has three other children also destroyed. We are all Christians and can not imagine how a person can be so vile and hateful except to say it’s demonic. I sincerely don’t know how my daughter is ever going to recover. We need all the prayers you can offer.

However the demonic attack on his life and my daughters life is dark. She’s sincerely barely able to function. She can’t put words together. She has three other children and they need her to be okay. I realize there’s a time to heal and she doesn’t want to heal right now but it’s so dark.

@@renaarmstrong2838 In the Gospel of John Chapter 11 Verse 35 is found the
shortest Scripture in the entire Holy Bible. 2 simple words, but yet so powerful and telling to the heart of our Lord and that of his Heavenly Father!
John 11:35 simply states ''Jesus Wept''
The importance of John stating this was to show that when Jesus came upon the crying and grieving sisters of his dead friend Lazarus that he was ''Deeply moved in Spirit and Troubled'' and in the proceeding lines it clearly states that Jesus Wept!
Now if you want to know how God feels for us when we lose a loved one.... Look to these 2 words!
Jesus was overtaken by his own emotion at the sight of his friends sorrow and if Jesus entered into their sorrow with sympathy....
we can be sure that God does also.
You see that Christ's sympathy was for the Living in this case....
He very well knew what was about to be accomplished for his dear friend Lazarus, but still he wept!
It is here that Jesus is shown in all his humanity!
Here we see how God feels about the sadness associated with our loss of loved ones to this very day. He mingles His tears with ours and feels sorrow within Himself! A Sorrow for our Sorrows that is tempered with Joy.... A Joy for the Salvation of their Redeemed Soul!
From the standpoint of my daily life, however, there is one thing I do know:
That I am here for the sake of others....
For the countless souls like yours with whose fate I am connected to by a bond of sympathy. There is a destiny that makes us all Brothers & Sisters.... that no one should ever go their way alone. For all that I put into the hearts of others will surely come back
      to my very own!
Lord, we come to you in our grief to sustain this family in Spirit and make them strong. Father shield them from the Dark Wickedness that has formed against them. Allow your Peace to now enter.... covering them with your Divine Grace.
For you redeem our life from our sleep and will surely take us unto yourself to LIVE FOREVER!
Most Sweet Jesus, let the light of your face shine upon Rena's Grandson,
fill his kind and loving heart with Joy in your presence, for he has lied down and now sleeps in your peace, for you alone Lord has made him to dwell in the safety of your love.
Consider Oh Lord my Prayers, give ear to my sighs for the loving family
and friends he leaves behind. And in your tender mercy grant us strength and certainty in our hope as the promises of your Son come to be.
Oh Loving Father who searches our minds and hearts…
Bless us in knowing that as much as his family here loved him, you Oh Lord, loved him more. For we trust in your unfailing love and our weeping hearts rejoice
      in thy Salvation!
      ~ Amen

How would you go about sharing the Gospel with a highly skeptical and explicitly mocking group of people? I am constantly desiring to share the Gospel with my coworkers more and more, but feel like I can’t get the words out to start the conversation.

Call a LEO (who you’re friends with), allow them to safely get the bear back to the woods.
Not long ago, we had one on Main St in front of the bar-trying to cross the street. Keep in mind, we are a Tourist town. City folks were shocked. Lol

"Grass don't grow on a busy street" is an old saying meaning heads whose brains are working in such high gear don't grow grass, just like roads with lots of traffic (when dirt) don't grow grass.

you fellers are out in the middle of no where's and I am also ,I can hear you loud and clearand I am wedged in between the Mountains along Hunting Camp Creek in Bland County ,Va. I love being in the middle of nowheres, one man I worked with asked me what we did over here of the evenings ,I told him I liked sitting on my front porch and listening for the Turkeys too gobble when they went too roost across the creek and later the owls and the whipperwills would start calling ,then I might shine a big fat Black Bear in the fall in my neighbors apple tree. I don't need or want any of the stuff they think is excitment.

Sure would like to hear Phil’s perspective, wisdom and discernment on all of these topics. Y’all need to quit talking over your dad and cutting him off. I love the show but would like a little more Phil talk.

Question for anyone reading this....I continually hear Jase say they shared the Gospel, or they shared the Lord with people. As a newer Christian (2.5 years ago) I wonder how does one start a conversation with someone about Jesus? How do you approach the subject? Do any of you have any experience with this? Now I am not talking about doing this with a friend and then the conversation naturally turns to God and discussion of faith; I am more referring to those who you come across that look down and out, barely making it, maybe homeless, etc. Thanks for any input.

Rather than jamming people, I copy Jesus' method that he used on many occasions...Ask a question. I usually start it off soft and tell people. "I was reading an article recently that quoted a survey and it stated there are an estimated 35,000 denominations in the U.S. Wow! That blew me away. 35,000 ways to reach heaven! It must break the heart of Jesus, because he prayed for unity. Also Ephesians 5 states there is One Lord, one faith and one baptism. Then I usually work in "If there is only one Lord, one faith and one baptism...I surely don't see how we can have 35,000 versions, does if make sense to you?"Then I stop and wait for an answer. I try to plant a little seed of thought. It is best to let people learn at their own speed. And VERY important...let them see God in everything you so. Actions speak louder than words.

I fought off a vicious dog last year. It was trying to eat a puppy. It was 2 mamas, 2 babies in strollers, and that puppy. The dog had them all cornered. I was off my bike, and using it as a weapon, and had the dog backed up. It wasn't leaving fast enough, which made me angry,, so I tossed the bike down, and just backed him off down the alley. The whole time I'm thinking, IM A DADGUM HUMAN, AND THIS IS A DOG WITH A DEVIL, AND HES GONNA DANG WELL LEAVE!! He did.
