Sorry please thanks for the video. You said that in female video that even for female that’s more than size forty upwards the back is 3 1/2 inch. The toes measurements will they also be the Norma female measurement of 1.1, 2 and 1 1/2 inch or we use the male measurements for females with bigger sizes more than 40.

Same measurements, female standard size ends at 42, anything above that you have to improvise.

Please adult males don't have size 39.
And 40 is a bit out side standard sizes for adult males but you can still use the dimensions for size 40.
