Thank you! I would braid it at night for stretch and the humidity would basically mold it into shape throughout the day lol

Her accent sounds like someone who grew up in Nigeria and then lived in the U.S. for a few yrs but somehow she didn’t know this. It’s possible she grew up in the village before going to the US and never lived in a large city in Nigeria.

Girl M.D. , she said she didn’t know they had cinemas that ONLY showed Nigerian movies. She didn’t say she didn’t know there were any at all.

Born and raised in the USA. Just switches accents for her audience. Obviously learned from her family.

Those theatres are a Godsend for the Nigerian film industry. Otherwise piracy would have killed the whole thing off by now.

Chizi Duru when did they say it will be on Netflix ? I've been looking for it for months even Ghana must go with nkem owoh. Naija has gotten really great at preserving their film industry which is great for the industry but horrible for us in the states that want to get access to the latest films, and don't want to wait a year to six months to see a movie.

Theater use to be I Nigeria back in 50's but stop being active in 90's during military rule but right now theater movie experience is back in Nigeria the current have 43 movie theaters in different cities in Nigeria and more as still being build as week.

Chizi you're so blessed to have real roots in Africa. As an African American woman, especially in our current social climate, I wish I could go home to Africa... and not feel like an American tourist.
You looked gorgeous the entire trip, btw.

Because of your vlog I end up watching the Wedding Party with my mom and we laughed so hard. If you have any other Nigerian movie suggestion, please let me know. Also, I love your outfit, hair and makeup. So pretty!

I was about to say, those shorts are too much....that's not doing what the locals do. Some of that attention you will not like, trust.

Actually nigeria is much more liberal when it comes to what you are wearing especially I the Major cities but in rural areas or village you dress more conservative.
