Hi Julie! I mean... Dan! 😉 We feel your pain and hope we can help. What you are experiencing isn't all that uncommon. Have you considered implementing Viva Connections? That brings your intranet into Teams so you can leverage something that has seen adoption to build adoption of your intranet. It isn't a "no brainer" but might be something tactical you could try.
