Total respect to shaun with hes trusty rotator..for doing an amazing winch out...what do those know about winchouts and recovery when there not even in the business.....10 out of 10 shaun.
Knowledge vs experience. Do not argue, just have them sign for a trip charge, document the model of your rotator and get their names on the bill. Then leave. Shawn knows his rotator, his recovery gear, and his experience, never let someone else override your authority you do not know and trust.

Not to spec, how else were they going to get it out, way to go Shaun, I get it every day on sites delivering timber frame floors, roads designed for cars but they expect a 45ft 3.4m trailer to get to the crane and plot
