- Georgia O'Keeffe: A collection of 294 paintings (HD)
Description: "Georgia O'Keeffe, one of the most original painters America has ever produced, left behind a remarkable legacy when she died at the age of ninety-eight. Her vivid visual vocabulary -- sensuous flowers, bleached bones against red sky and earth -- had a stunning, profound, and lasting influence on American art in this century.
O'Keeffe's personal mystique is as intriguing and enduring as her bold, brilliant canvases. Here is the first full account of her exceptional life -- from her girlhood and early days as a controversial art teacher...to her discovery by the pioneering photographer of the New York avant-garde, Alfred Stieglitz...to her seclusion in the New Mexico desert, where she lived until her death.
And here is the story of a great romance -- between the extraordinary painter and her much older mentor, lover, and husband, Alfred Stieglitz.
Renowned for her fierce independence, iron determination, and unique artistic vision, Georgia O'Keeffe is a twentieth-century legend. Her dazzling career spans virtually the entire history modern art in America."

I just love her art and her beautiful, simple home in New Mexico! I would live there if I could!💕🏜️
Georgia O'Keefe must have derived so much pleasure and happiness from her painting!

♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I turned the sound off. I feel like she wouldn't enjoy repetitive sounds. Because each vision she had was different.
Очень интересный и самобытный мастер.СпасиБо за прекрасный ролик.Любовь и ☮️ Мир ВСЕМ !
Love Okeeffe’s work, beautiful colors in panting.
I enjoy her abstract .

What
Thanks for your superb offering of O'Keeffe and her very original takes on any and every painting subject she approached. Truly original. Truly memorable. Thank you also and congratulations for the superb audio and visual presentation you also lavish on the other artists in your series. Wonderful to see art works in such high quality colour and definition. In fact the visuals are so opulent I will likely look at every artist you cover even though they may not be among my favourites though O'Keeffe certainly is.
Thanks for your beautiful words, FILLIERE! Remember, if you have any artist request, I am open to it. Thanks again! :)
Люблю эту художницу и вдохновляюсь ее изумительными работами❤❤❤❤❤
Stunning collection with the most appropriate music that adds to the visual.
Giorgia e magnifica.A voi complimenti per averla fatta conoscere a chi non l,aveva mai vista.Ha vissuto sempre da sola nel deserto del Messico e quello xhe avete visto e il suo regalo per noi.Candida
Stunning Collection!! Music was very distracting! Love her 'flowers' and 'skulls in the desert', my very fav that I started my elementary school year out with, 'The Red Poppy'!!Bravo this was wonderful, would have liked titles!
I had to turn the sound off to watch
Love her paintings. Thank you very much for the look Antonio
Beautiful paintings. Her paintings are beautiful.
lol they mean the same thing bro-
So beautiful! I eventually turned off the piano music so I could simply enjoy the visual elegance.
Finially paintings by this extraordinary Artist Georgia O'Keffe. No need for interpatations.🇩🇰🇺🇸🌷🎆🦅🗽🎨Thank You.
Super!
A few of them were scary, but beautiful, greaat artist.
muy buena su mirada y la sensibilidad para pintar esas flores
Magnifico
She is my favorite Artist.
Super helpful for our art study and very beautiful thank you
Thank you, I have a well loved print of the huge purple flower🥰
Me fascina y apasiona este canal
Gracias 💗
wow
The art work is spectacular. I see some viewers found the music distracting. That is easily fixed with a volume adjustment. Unfortunately there is no fix for the constant zooming. It is beyond distracting and annoying.
The thing with actual genius it never subverts but actually enhances understanding. In so many looks, styles, frames, actual genius inhabits this in expertly produced presentation. The only O'Keeffe is always, the ignorant are numb before these works, and these will always own This, and every other Now . DMSwanson Poet of Now, Keeper of the Pop Art flame.
Well said
I loved this amazing collection but I wonder if all off the images are authentic. I see some are signed and O'Keeffe is said to never have signed a painting. But what a superb show this delivers. thanks
I am still stunned by O'Keeffe; she is still our contemporary--only barely explained.. I am wondering if someone had a DVD copy of the PBS film from the 1970's that they may wish to sell to me. This work (barely available on a poor-grade, dubbed VHS format) was rather influential in the course of my art and my life. Can any person steer me in the correct direction?
Skipped through, now my eyes are bleeding.
uh wow !
I was learning about Georgia o' keefe at school
E mrekullueshme Giorgia!!!
Beautiful review of O'Keeffe's work but you are overtaking it with the piano music especially the repetition and when it gets really loud.
Did you ever think to mute the piano music??
Turn down the volume, then🙄🙄🙄
Lovely, thanks! I turned off the sound though....
Agree with piano comments, so many other better choices to compliment the work
I have GEORGIA O'KEEFFE - ONE HUNDRED FLOWERS Nicholas Callaway Alfred A. Knopf 1989 in perfect condition.
francisco herrera ...me too! I don't get tired of her art... it's sublime!
like the colors and forms, especially the landscapes. my wife didn't like the piano music.
Curtis Miller Me neither.
Holy cow volume controls your own selection of music dummies.
I agree. I had to turn off the sound because it was too harsh and distracting . There are so many other pieces of music that compliment art.
Curtis Miller me neither
Curtis Miller well tell yur wife to stop whining she jus listen to da damn thing 🤦🏾♂️
There were many on this that I’d never seen before, thanks🌷there’s one I didn’t see here that belongs to the University of Oklahoma’s collection that’s housed in their art museum you might be interested in.
This video will serve other purpose for sure
My teacher is a fan of Georgia 'o' Keeffe
I wonder if she ever had paintings that she painted but were not good? That she painted over or threw away. Probably not. Every thing is gorgous.
Ah true sensual colorist!
The one Artist I wanted to see her Art. I like flowers and landscapes. The clever. Flowers that look like a woman’s anatomy. I don’t second guess myself. The first Instinct is the Right one. Vincent Van Gogh must have second guessed himself a lot . That is why he was always Frustrated with his Work. First. Idea is always perfect not to change it because it changes the whole scheme of things then it is something you never intended. Maybe that is Vincent Van Gogh was always so frustrated with his work. We have to go with First Instinct. When it is perfect you will know it. It doesn’t matter if not everyone gets it. I don’t think Dali worried what people thought. Art is pretentious . Keep people guessing. Let them wonder and think what it means to them. We don’t have to tell them. Let them scratch their heads and look deeper at the Art. My Twin told me that. Not to breeze through them. Slow down Gather its meaning. There is more to it than quick glances.
4:00, what's the name of this one?
thanks breaking bad for these masterpieces
Does anyone know the name of the piano playing in the beginning
changing the size of the images makes it all about the editor...ruins the effect of the paintings..music did not fit
I wish they would have a remake with different music, but I do not trust the it enough to chance it again.
Nice show but no descriptions....no dates....no titles....why?
Quelques plagias mais très ambiiancé.
Bello
Might blur this out
2b2t Japan
Great collection... annoying background music
Glorious paintings ruined by dreadful music!
So very true. I wish this person would do a remake , without pounding keys . Piano is one of my favorite instruments but this piece is just awful . It is like some kind of torture to the ears...almost made me physically ill.
Merry
these are not all Georgia O'Keeffe. Several have signatures that are not hers.
Set on permanent zoom? Huh-uh. I'm out of here at the 14-second mark.
Of all of the beautiful and classical music in the world, you picked music that is so harsh and repetitive and does not compliment her art. I had to turn off the sound.
✌👅
Drawing is week, colors are simple and dull, forms are monotonous as if made from rubber, content is "deep and full of passion" (joke)- and all these produced "lasting influence on American art"! Poor Yoric (means art)! And my sincere gratitude to LearnFromMasters for the clip: work is work anywhere!
Who is here because of Family Guy?
20:03 that's definitely not by her, some amateur tasteless piece of painting
i appreciate her use of color but i am not a big fan
not at all
Algumas lembram vagina mesmo kkkk
Very sexual paintings.
Bad music bad reproductions some fakes and really a disappointment . Miss O’Keeffe would not be pleased.
Please delete this and post without music. Your taste in music does not fit the paintings. Please read all of these comments. The music is too loud, harsh and the pounding keys are just horrid ! It is like torture and distracts from the paintings.
mute
Can turn it down but not mute on my tablet
I always love her work, one hot chick just check out her love life
